i vote that once a country becomes quarantine literally any outfit becomes fair game. if you have to leave your house, do it in a cloak, cape, leather jacket, full suit of armor. it’s pandemic time and i for one believe pandemic time deserves a Look. I want people to study this moment not only for history but for fashion.

If Keith had to explain why he was in the middle of a dance floor, trying and failing to copy the steps a lady onstage was showing; he could blame the beer.
Actually, he could also blame Shiro, for refusing to buy him a fourth glass of alcohol, and forcing him to try to win a free beer pass via dancing. Which he sucked at.
He was also making a great fool of himself. Everybody else was dancing in pairs, or groups, and he was all alone, like a goddamn loser.
He was about to go ahead and give up on getting drunk tonight, when a girl bumped into him. She seemed to be escaping her dancing partner, who was standing shock-still, looking dejected. He was kinda cute, with the pout and brown hair and the blue eyes...
Fuck it. If the two of them had to be the butt of the joke, at least they could try to win the goddamn ticket together.
"Hey you! Would you like to dance with me?"
Blue eyes looked surprised for a second, but then he smiled with all his might, and Keith threw all his embarrassment out of the window. Keith offered a hand and Blue eyes took it eagerly, and they both got down to business.
The dance was tricky; it was full of jumps and kicks and turns and twirls; but Blue eyes rocked them and led Keith through as well. They both laughed at the ridiculousness of it, and cheered along with the crowd as the host hyped them up.
At the end, they both waited, out of breath and exhausted, as the winners were announced; and groaned in unison when the barrel went to one of the married couples.
"I'm a hundred percent certain we danced better than them." Blue eyes frowned, and Keith couldn't agree more.
"Do you think they chose them over us because they're straight?"
Both locked eyes and burst out laughing.
Keith found out that he had expected the whole ordeal to feel awkward, and embarrassing, but it was just comfortable. In fact, he didn’t know if he had ever felt so connected to a stranger.
He knew the moment was ending, and it was something he didn't want happening.
He opened his mouth at the same time Blue eyes did.
"Hey-!"
"So-"
Both shut up abruptly and laughed it off.
“Nice moves, Samurai.”
“You’re not so bad yourself.” Damn, Keith sure was being extra smooth tonight.
“I gotta leave now, but maybe we can dance again next weekend?”
Keith nodded, perhaps a little too eagerly. Blue eyes gave him his number (“in case you get lost”) and left him standing in place, staring dumbly at his phone with a grin on his face.
