 ꒰ doubting yourself from time to time , irrelevant. you do not need to pass a faith test. you do not need to be baptised in unwavering conviction. you just need to assume. doubt is a background noise, not a locked door.

 ꒰ external validation , unnecessary. your reality is not waiting for someone else to confirm its legitimacy. you do not need a jury of peers nodding solemnly at your experiences. this is not an academic dissertation. you do not need footnotes and sources and a professor’s approval.

 ꒰ "trying too hard" , not a thing. effort does not push it further away. want does not make it shy away. this is not an uncatchable fish. this is not a paradox where wanting something too much means you will never have it.

 ꒰ failing to shift multiple times , irrelevant. past attempts do not predict future outcomes. you are not an athlete counting losses. you are not a gambler on a losing streak. every attempt is new. every moment is unburdened by the weight of the last one.

 ꒰ an inconsistent sleep schedule , doesn’t matter. you are not being graded on your circadian rhythm. shifting does not belong exclusively to people with 8 hours of uninterrupted rem.

 ꒰ using multiple shifting methods , neutral. you are not hexing yourself by switching it up. they are not magic spells, they are just tools. they are ways to organise your approach, not laws of the universe.

 ꒰ shifting while sick or in pain , possible. you do not need to be in peak physical condition. you are not signing up for a marathon, you are existing. bodies exist in all states. you are allowed to exist in all states.

 ꒰ not “feeling close” to shifting , doesn’t mean anything. shifting is not a feeling to be unlocked. you do not need to sense it coming like a change in the weather. it does not always announce itself.

 ꒰ having trouble visualising , won’t stop you. not everyone sees things like a movie in their head. imagination is not just images. it’s thoughts, impressions, instincts. a blind person can shift. a person with aphantasia can shift.

 ꒰ not affirming constantly , does not matter. you do not need to chant like a monk or plead sweet nothings into the void 24/7.

 ꒰ being distracted mid-shifting attempt , not fatal. you are not required to have monk-like focus. people shift thinking about their homework. people shift thinking about dinner. people shift thinking about absolutely nothing at all.

At this point no one can tell me “I can't shift”, blah, blah, blah. You shift every flipping second bae! Own it.

Just because you ‘failed’ again and again doesn't mean you should give up.

I've literally had enough of this bs.

Respectfully.. That's NOT why you didn't shift, you can shift without finishing you method, no, YOU CAN ALSO SHIFT WITHOUT ONE. Why are you still here babe? If you just believe that you shift and think “I'll wake up in my DR” before you sleep, then you definitely will! If you believe that shifting is easy THEN IT IS. IT IS SO EASY. SO SO SO EASY! Hard truth, you're the reason why you haven't shifted yet. There is no such thing as “Not doing it right”, there are NO RULES IN SHIFTING.

Another reminder is your subconscious mind is literally blind, it can't see what you see, you decide what it believes, gaslight yourself if you have to.

Expecting To Wake Up In Your CR

Okay, granted, not everyone has this problem - but a lot of people carry around this little assumption and expectation to wake up in their current reality again. No matter what they do. You've got your script ready. Your method is comfy and your chosen subliminal slaps. You feel ready and everything is in place. But deep down? Deep down you prepare yourself for your alarm in the morning. Prepare yourself for the same room, the same body, the same boring reality trot. It's like saying to the universe "Surprise me!", but also slipping in a quiet note saying "Please don't. Just copy yesterday". It's not new knowledge that your subconscious is running the show behind the scenes. But what we sometimes forget is that our subconscious picks its believes from us... from our habits, patterns, the things we repeat over and over again, even the ones we are not fully aware of. And since most of us are raised in a world that values logic, linear thinking, the "you only live once" mentality, it's no surprise some of us struggle with seeing any other reality as "just as real". Not your fault, it's just conditioning doing its work. Shifting goes basically against everything you have been taught to expect, so it can feel hard to rewire that believe on the go. You are a bit like a Roomba - just doing your little routines, bumping into some unexpected furniture on your usual way, programmed by years and years of subconscious patterns and habits. Cute, but kinda confused a lot. Doesn't mean you are broken, just shows you are human. What you can do is trying to catch that thought, the expectation of waking up here, before it starts to settle in again. Don't just say "I hope I shift". Hope is passive. Try something like: "I believe it's possible to shift" "I expect to shift" "My CR isn't the default. My DR can be the default too." You subconscious learns best from repetition, dominant believes and a sense of familiarity. So start feeding it those things, instead of doubt disguised as fickle believe. Once you start treating your DR as absolutely inevitable, it becomes harder for your brain to argue with that over time. You're not failing, just learning. And every single time you turn those pesky little thoughts in more productive ones, you are rewiring your believes. That's not small, that is huge! That is taking your power back from just letting things happen. You are basically standing in the doorway to your DR, you just need to find your way to step into it.

You’re simply remembering.

For years, there’s been this huge misconception that shifting has anything to do with the body. I’m here to tell you—it doesn’t. When you shift, it’s your awareness that’s shifting, not your body.

Take symptoms, for example. Just because your body is tingling, itching, or whatever, doesn’t mean you have shifted—or that you haven’t. If anything, that’s just your body falling asleep.

“But why does it only happen when I try to shift then?” Because you’re forcing your body into a state it’s not normally in—making it do things it doesn’t usually do. Whether you’re meditating, levitating, gyrating, or castrating. The body reacts; it doesn't shift.

It’s confused—just trying to keep up with what your mind is doing. Because that’s the only part of you that truly matters. When you shift, your body isn’t going anywhere. It’s your mind remembering the life you’ve always been living. You’ve been there this whole time.

That’s why shifting is easy. You’re not traveling—you’re remembering.

yes! It is possible!

As the creators of our own destiny and manipulators of reality, we can manifest things to happen in a certain time span, which could be over night or at any time you want.

We still have to be fucking realistic and have patience, because if we are manifesting something big, we have to give it time. (But at the same time, time is an illusion, and everyone perceives it differently, and it is still another manipulating thing.)

for example: "Money comes to me on Wednesday at 2:00 pm." Easy peasy, lemon squizy, but if it does not happen, it means that the universe is preparing something special for this thing to happen, and we just have to wait. "I have my desired body overnight" is a little bit harder because your body changes constantly and slowly, and it is a normal effect that everyone has. manifest it every night, and it will come to you.

With those examples, I will like to add a gentle reminder: because something is not happening as you manifested it, it does not mean that you manifested it in a bad way or on the wrong day.Manifestations can take time, as some others can come quickly. We still have to remember to act and put in motion our desires.

Don't be too harsh on yourself just because something does not come to you as quickly as you thought; it is still coming.

i shifted

it’s so weird to be writing a blog about the fact that i’ve shifted, i’m so happy and honestly still in shock. it’s so real and so strange to see myself through a new body, a new room, a new lifestyle, and to have all the memories as if it’s always been my reality (I know this reality has always existed and it’s just a shift in consciousness, but you see what I mean?)

i shifted during the night of april 5 to 6, 2025. i was just so tired of this reality—just the thought of spending another day here was making me "angry". personally, i don’t use any method, no subliminals (except sometimes), i don’t visualize super well, i can’t focus 100% on anything. all i have is the deep desire to shift and fully dive into that reality.

i looked at my pinterest boards, quickly went over my script, watched a few videos related to my dr, then closed my eyes. i put on songs that brought me closer to my dr, i thought about what i was going to do once i got there, what I’ve already done, i imagined the next day—what my day would be like (i didn’t script where or when i’d arrive in my dr), there are some dishes i can’t wait to try — i was already imagining myself ordering them and eating so much of them.

i was just there, daydreaming about this reality

i repeating affirmations to myself a few time: i am aware of my desired reality and i am in my desired reality.

then suddenly, i felt like i wasn’t in my room anymore, and when i opened my eyes, i discovered my new room. I didn’t feel anything, see white flashes, hear voices, or anything like what I’ve read here. I was just there.

i touched my hair, looked all around me—guys, it’s so real. it’s not a lucid dream, i even did the five fingers test + pinches.

how real is it? you see the way you’re lying on your bed and you feel the sheets all along your body, sitting on your chair, you feel the texture of the seat, and you’re looking at the room you’re in — you see that 3d, that vividness, the details — it’s like that. there’s absolutely nothing dreamlike about it, and it’s incredible how real it is.

i’m not planning to stay long here (I plan to shift now tbh.), and most importantly, i’m a permashifter now. but please, guys, don’t give up! you deserve to live your dream life, i shifted so you can.

Shifting is kind of like being a jellyfish. You don’t have to force it or try too hard. Just like a jellyfish floats through the water without thinking, shifting happens when you let go and stop trying to control every little thing. You just exist in the moment, letting go of all the pressure. The more relaxed you are, the easier it is to float into your DR, like you’re already there without forcing it. So, let your mind drift, trust the process, and just be—shifting doesn’t need to be a struggle. It’s like floating effortlessly, just letting the current take you where you’re meant to go.

Guys I woke up today like I don't know how to explain this, I didn't shift to my DR, I woke up in my CR BUT I WAS STILL MOTIVATED SO I VISUALIZED MY S/O LIKE DO THE BOOMBAYAH WITH ME- and like, this is embarrassing sorry but I started feeling it inside me like I DON'T KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN THIS 😭✌ (IG I did shift) but when I felt it, I wouldn't be able to ignore it then I stopped feeling it then I tried again and felt it again then it stopped bc my mind wouldn't stop acknowledging it 😔✌
