Kanna drawn in kogyaru fashion! If you are new here, I do this thing where I draw kanna as different subcultures, last time we drew kanna as a sweet lolita, and today theme was gyaru.

so what is gyaru fashion? Gyaru fashion is a subculture based in breaking the beauty standards and toxic Norms of Japanese society. Which means doing most thing in inverse towards the beauty standards. Gyaru is in itself a considered sexy style (generalising) who is defined by tanned skin, exaggerated makeup often "trashy" makeup, animal prints or/and prints in general, long nails, it's about being loud and being you, it's very feminine but in a non traditional quiet girl way. Kogal also called kogyaru is a style very popular for young gyarus who want to mix their school style with gyaru fashion. That entails very short skirt, tan skin, long cardigans, nails, heavy makeup, large poofy hair with bows and frills, pretty much everything that would scare off the very conservative Japanese society. Ko meaning little/small and being worn by schoolgirls it felt for me more appropriate for my girl Kanna. This was pretty fun to do and reasseatxh, gyaru is a fantastic aesthetic with so many cool subcultures that was clearly inspired by trashy y2k girls and also black woman all around the world. I really love it I would give it a 8.5/10 I recommend truly to look into it

Should've posted this earlier, but March 1 would have been this very blog's very first birthday! That is, if not for the fact that I intentionally created it on February 29. Still, a year has passed since daily-dose-of-bucket's creation, which is pretty cool. Thanks for sticking around! 🎉🎂🎊

This is why it annoys me when people say that Reko hate’s men. 

Reko is distrusting of men, which make’s sense given her backstory. Her brother, who was always with her and caring for her, murdered someone. Her Father, who she describes if you get her personal information, pushed her into the spotlight and made her make music her heart wasn’t in. 

This could make her a little wary, escpessally of an older mentor figure.

However, Reko’s still a reasonable person. She acknowledger’s that she was wrong to judge Mishima only because he was a man, and in the future has stronger bond’s with male character’s.

She cares about Gin and wants to protect him. She tries to help Keiji when he’s stuck in the coffin. She sing’s a song of mourning in the lobby after Kai and Joe die. She very clearly love’s Alice. In the logic route she can acknowledge that Shin is just a human with a heart. And in 3B she’s the first to reassure Ranmaru that he’s human after he fully realizes he’s a doll. 

So by all means Reko doesn’t hate men. She’s harsher on them then women, but to say that she detests any man is a little much. She’s one of the most caring characters in the game, and I think she deserves to be acknowledged as such.

Also, the fact that a lesbian coded character is often characterized in fandom to be a mean man hater doesn’t sit well with me. But that’s another thing.
