But he keeps it hidden.

This love, this agonizing, horrid love.

It's a terminal illness that erodes him all the way down to his core.

If it were possible, he'd smother it and spit on it until there was nothing left for you.

But he can't.

So he endures.

And when you see him the next day--

You never truly see him--)
