a drawing of spinner sitting next to Shigaraki's bedside in a hospital setting. the perspective taken from the top down (bird's eye view at an angle to the scene). Shigaraki is asleep and spinner has his hand resting on top of Shigaraki's arm as he watches over him. Spinner has a concerned and sad look on his face as he looks at Shigaraki. Spinner's right arm is bandaged and he has a bandaid on his cheek. Shigaraki has both hands wrapped up as well as his upper arms. Spinner's scarf sits on a storage table behind him and his white mask is pushed up over his headband. an IV enters Shigaraki's left arm, covered by medical tape, and he is connected to a heart monitor, which is placed to his right. the drawing does not accurately depict medical equipment. a container of tongue depressors sits on top of the storage table to make it look more like a hospital room, but it's a poor attempt. the artist did not bother to look up a hospital room and winged it. readmore contains a close up of spinner without the color layers of the original drawing. it is easier to tell Spinner's hair color is the manga pink instead of the anime purple. text reads "proof that, for once in my life, I gave spinner his pink hair" and underneath is the artist's watermark "JBEE"
