From the book I wrote 👇
I knew what I could bring by letting Aizetsu (accidentally) praising you when writing the new chapter and I had a good laugh.

(I forgot he has pointed ears so I fixed it)
AHH THEY'RE ALL SO CUTE
Let's go last episode next week!! 😭✊✊💕💕
Some thoughts of the recent episode:
1. I have severely underestimated Mitsuri's strength and capability in the manga, holy moly she's astoundingly strong and it shows in the anime! She singlehandedly stopped one of the dragon with her bare hands!
2. I, too, have underestimated Genya's strength when he becomes partially demon...like I forgot that trees have deep roots and the tree that he threw is so big how the hell he's so amazing
3. NEZUKO BEING SO AMAZED WITH MITSURI THEY'RE SO CUTE SISTERS DUO
4. Tanjirou strikes again with his wholehearted words for Mitsuri! :D
5. Really, REALLY love how Tanjirou gets so pissed over Hantengu. He hates this cowardly demon, who victimized himself. He has no mercy for Hantengu.
6. I love Mitsuri's family, but I keep thinking on how crestfallen they would be when they received the news of Mitsuri's fate after the final battle :((

TW: kissing and poisoning
The day where Angor Rot finally lets curiosity get over him and allows you to kiss him, you try not to get all giddy and excited because holy cow the love of your life just said he wants to indulge in your kind romantic custom a bit --
It starts off experimental and small, where you opted to press your lips to his knuckles. He thought that was done only by men of your kind. You laughed and brought both his hands to be kissed. He was rather tolerant of it, not disliking the gesture for a first timer.
You didn't kiss him often, only occasionally so he could warm up to it. You were always the one to beckon for a kiss; on hands, foreheads, cheeks, nose and once on his shoulder blade. That brought a grunt out of him and he waved you off dismissively despite the way his skin burnt under your touch.
Never on the lips. You had never kissed him there.
The two of you stumbled upon each other after three years of you becoming the Trollhunter's Guardian. You were too caught up with meeting him again after everything, too lost in your feeling to notice the constant glances he'd throw at the Trollhunter and the way his hands twitched by his side. You thought of his tighten squeeze around your body in the embrace to be a sign of his longing for you.
That night, you managed to get some alone time away from the other trolls with Angor. It wasn't like Deya would be helpless without you for a few hours.
That night, Angor pulled you in closer, his thumb brushing against your lower lips and he leaned down to kiss you. The gesture shocked you so much because that was the first for him, even if it was quick and soft and felt so...sad.
He pulled away and it suddenly occurred to you that his touch felt trembling against you.
Before you knew it, your body wasn't responding to your command and every limb of yours slumped down. Your voice sounded like chokes, eyes locking on Angor for a silent explanation as he rested your body against the trunk of a tree.
He didn't look at you anymore. He poisoned you, paralysing you to resemble a doll.
Angor Rot turned and left, his hands pulling out his blades as he disappeared into the darkness.
It wasn't until you were clawing your way on the dirt, trying to head back to Deya and the others, when you saw Blinky and Aaarrrgghh came running to you. Their voices joined in together, sounding muffled in your state, but you felt the pacifist giant carrying you and Blinky pouring something down your throat -- the antidote perhaps -- and finally FINALLY you felt your limbs functioning again.
It was at that moment where you could finally hear Blinky more clearly, of how Deya was fighting against Angor Rot.
You shot off towards where Deya was supposed to be, feeling the connection between you and the amulet. There were so many questions you wanted to ask Angor, so many emotions swirling in you.
Although a sudden thundering pain had you stopped halfway, your breath came out short and the prickling pain stabbing your senses informed you of the devastating news.
When you resumed your pace to the location, the battle was already over and Deya was no longer breathing. Angor Rot, on the other hand, stood still in front of the corpse he just killed, his eyes haunted.
He lied to you. Poisoned you. Used you to get to Deya.
His gaze snapped towards you, to the non stopping tears dripping from your eyes as you rushed over, of how you didn't even strike him and only asked him of what was going on.
You could still feel the faint, fake kiss of his on your lips, taunting you for your naivety and recklessness, for your mistake that sacrificed another life, for the way Angor Rot turned and fled and you could've done something anything but no no no you cradled the lifeless body of your friend Deya and wondered how didn't you noticed the lingering magic of Morgana's on your beloved troll.
I actually stumbled on your timeline and saw TMNT Bayverse x KNY and wanted to read it but cant find it :(

Some drabbles below. Anyway, I am trying some style and colour testing. I put baby Hakuji and Tanjirou in cool and calming color while Akaza in a bright flashing colour to bring out the contrast in it.
I tried making Tanjirou looking soft and reminiscing memories of the past,
While having Akaza staring in perplexed with his all sensory going haywire because of the painful memory that Tanjirou reminds him of that he can't even remember; so hence frustration and confusing resulting to being alarmed and angry.
(Without colour)
Based on the manga panel;
It's the way Tanjirou expression that gets me. He looks at Akaza in a pitiful, sympathetic gaze that is not in an insulting nor looking down on way. It's more like Tanjirou thinks;
" What happened to you? "
Tanjirou recognizes the belief Akaza has rooted from something, an event happening in his human life. In some way, I think Tanjirou has an idea perhaps of why Akaza has such belief, despite the disagreement he has for it.
Even if he has hatred for Akaza, he wonders how could such villain starts as a small pure baby. What happened? What happened to make Akaza turning out like this?
Tanjirou is mostly a forgiving person but when it comes to Akaza, I don't think he will ever forgive nor forget what the demon has done. But remember that Tanjirou is understanding, sympathetic and empathetic.
He doesn't know what happened but he always wants to understand the demons he fought because he knows that they were once humans too. That they had humanity at one point. The real villain here is Muzan and Tanjirou reminds himself of that often. He would never blame the other demons, holding onto the hope and possibility that not every demons wanted to become what they are.
I think the time spent before Tanjirou can meet Akaza again allows the boy to learns more of his enemies. He's met Gyutaro and Daki (Ume), he's met Hantengu...time has allow his heart to slowly toughen and soften, to ignore the seek for revenge in the beginning.
And when Tanjirou meets Akaza again, the hatred comes but so does the pity and sympathy. With bits of sprinkle a question,
" What happened to you? "
Random things I think about after watching the latest episode of Demon Slayer:
- I thought that Muichiro's father might be siblings with Tanjirou's but the family name doesn't add up so! What if Mui's grandmother is a Kamado and married a Tokitou. Mui's father inheriting the red eyes and married a turquoise eye coloured woman hence the Tokitou twins are born.
- I love how Tanjirou gets so work up over Zohakuten victimizing himself, like he's so pissed that this demon has the audacity to acts like a victim when it's the other way around. That he also gets so angry over being questioned why he cares about others, why does he keep helping others when it's not his business.
- CRYING SCREAMING WHEN THE CLONES GET ABSORBED AIZETSU MY MAN 😭😭
- CRYING AGAIN WHEN MUICHIRO KEEPS TRYING TO GET KOTETSU TO LEAVE AND LOOKING SO HORRIFIED WHEN THE BOY GOT STABBED
- This episode reminds me of Gyutaro and Daki, how they're on the different side of the same coin with Tanjirou and Nezuko. They became demons because they suffered, contrast to the Kamado who became demons slayers because they suffered.
Tanjirou and Nezuko are the definition of " The world is cruel and makes us suffer so we make sure no one gets the same fate."

Centuries ago
" There's a saying somewhere, to be careful when making deals with witches. " Angor Rot twirled the blade in his hands, sheathing them with a swift motion. " Lest one's fate be doomed. "
You raised your eyebrows but said nothing. The bodies of fallen knights around the two of you went ignored.
Angor continued. " You need something. " His firm, but not unkind tone indicated he was doing his role as the warrior of his village trolls, a protector he was.
His eyes trailed over to the mountain of sacks slumping over the roots of a tree behind you, the mixed scent of animal blood and greens could be detected easily with his enhanced scent. You shifted on your spot, tightening your grip on your magical staff.
" I bring animal coats that can be used for clothing material. " You offered, voice low. " Various herbs that can work on trolls too. You may find usefulness in my magical ability as well. "
Angor Rot turned his eyes back on you. Half a year since he last saw you, but the sharp and yet gentle gaze in your eyes still stirred something in him. He couldn't remember if he had ever seen you falter. Not now, even if you were just surrounded by men brandishing their weapons on you. You didn't falter at the slightest as you pierced their hearts with beams of magic, rendering them to a pile of corpses to be taken by the forest sooner or later.
He didn't need to ask what happened; not when the rims of your clothing were smeared with pinches of black, dusty ashes, and the loosely bandaged hands of yours that had charcoal like smell. Not when he recognized the kingdom symbols on the knights' armours, worn so proudly as they rode down to villages in search of their targets.
Certainly not when he knew of the fate that had befallen witches and magic involved creatures alike nowadays.
He walked over to you. " I'll put in good words for you with the elders. Lucky you, I have a room to spare. "
His steps paused at seeing the wave of relief washing over you so clearly. You exhaled a large breath, your knee buckling slightly and you ducked down your head.
" I didn't know where to go. I apologize for the trouble -- "
" Don't, " he said, kneeling down, " apologize for surviving. You did well. "
Angor Rot wouldn't mind if you cried, but the smile appearing on your face as you looked up at him rose a single thought that flickered in him even if it was just for a second; that he would do anything for you.
