Muscle study
One skip arm day and another skip leg day
Okay, so,
When Yuichiro died, he passed with his body facing down.
When Muichiro died, he was standing.
When Yoriichi died, he was standing.
When Kokushibou/Mitchikatsu died, he was on his knees ( I think ) as he crumbled away.
I feel like the way Yuichiro and Kokushibou death position means something like, " It's over, I gave up. I couldn't even accomplish something I've been longing for, no matter how hard I tried. I don't care anymore, just take me now. "
Because Yuichiro couldn't protect Muichiro, and Kokushibou couldn't surpass Yoriichi.
Meanwhile, Muichiro and Yoriichi position feels something like, " I tried my best. Even if my part has little effect, at least it's something. I worked hard. I tried. I couldn't finished what I intended to, but I hope I have left something effective. "
Muichiro didn't managed to finish Kokushibou fully, but he gave him a large damage and died standing with his hands clutching his sword into Kokushibou's torso. Yoriichi died standing as well, not being able to fully finish Kokushibou, but still clutching his sword and gave enough damage for the opponent.
And all of their life, their only mind was occupied about their brother. What to do with them, how do I protect them, how can I surpass him, etc.
Just their brother.
:(
Heβs just trying to be a good great greatΒ (great great) grandpa.
I just want to say that this is one of my favorites rare ship

I was prepared for Steve and Aja, and got bodyslammed by Varvatos Vex falling in love at first sight with Toby's grandma.
What if Muzan has a big sister whom he adores very much?
Here is my OC, Fumiko, who is a human instead. I planned to make her sacrificing herself to cure human Muzan who was still sick and when she was dying, she found herself in another world -- the future. So she was reborn in the future with past life memory. One day she somehow got back to the past but instead, she went to Taisho Era when Muzan has become a demon.
Muzan is very happy to have his sister back and keeps his demon identity away from her but Fumiko manages to figured it out someday. She's upset that Muzan has to kill and eat humans to live, but because she's blinded with her love for him, she blamed the doctor who gave Muzan the medicine that turned him into a monster instead. Fumiko eventually gets used to Muzan being a demon and even get the chance to meet the Upper Moons.
Idk if I will ship her with any of the Upper Demons, but she loves them all and often confuses them with her modern knowledge of memes and tiktok things just so she could amuse herself with their confusion.
Currently seeking for kny reincarnation fic, if anyone has a recommendation, please do tell. Anyway, a what if:
Yoriichi reincarnation au usually have him set in with the Kamado, but I keep thinking the 'what if' paths, wondering how it would be if he's with the Rengoku instead or the Tokitou...and then I decided to have him being with the Butterfly sisters.
Listen, listen, listen. Yoriichi hates conflict but understands the situation of push comes to shove. Though, among the Butterfly girls, he finds ways in helping with aiding the injured and providing medicine. He is still as strong as he was in his first life, so he's extremely fast and can carry multiple people at once to the Butterfly estate. He finds comfort in this way to help the corps.
But he, with his original strength and ability, believes that perhaps this is his second chance in destroying Muzan once and for all. Despite this, doubts and hesitations stop him from picking up a sword. The pain of knowing people suffer from his failure in defeating Muzan lingers, but he questions himself, what if he failed again and worsened the situation? What if history repeats itself?
One day Yoriichi spots Kanao about to sneak off to the Final Selection, both staring at each other in silence. He could tell Shinobu of this, or just turns a blind eye.
Or he could join Kanao in the test.
As for Uta with the Kamado...
I imagine she isn't actually biological related to the Kamado, but they raised her since she's all alone after a disease took over her old family (she awfully finds familiarity in the pattern).
Uta who acts like a mother to the Kamado siblings. (She doesn't know where the motherly instinct comes from.)
Uta who had a panic attack at coming back from helping Tanjirou selling charcoals in the town, seeing the other Kamado laying in their blood. (Her stomach throbs painfully.)
The sight of Nezuko attacking Tanjirou makes her freeze. (Memories flickering, she finds herself being in Tanjirou's place and an unknown demon in Nezuko's.)
Uta, who just receives her memory and wants to help returning Nezuko back to human. Uta, who takes longer in using breathing style because of the constant pain in her lower abdomen. Uta, who keeps freezing at the sight of demon attacking. Uta, who hates how helpless she is.
Uta, who sees Tanjirou and Nezuko as her children, and refuses to lose them.
This AU is still under work so I'll see if I should change some things.
I kinda wish the Hashira Training arc was longer, so I have an idea to be put during this arc so:
Tanjirou returning back to his hometown and house in request of Oyakata to find clues about Nezuko's resistance against the sun.
With Tamayo's note about Nezuko's growth and constant cells mutation, Tanjirou heads back to his home in hope that any clues he finds can help contribute to the corps. This small mission is also to ensure that any information could be taken and hidden first in case Muzan ever returns back to the Kamado's residence for clues as well.
Tanjirou is accompanied by Kanao and Giyuu. Kanao is there with some information of plants and herbs that may be helpful, and also to be Shinobu's second eyes since the Insect Hashira isn't able to tag along. Giyuu provides extra protection, again, in case Muzan sends any demons there despite the lack of demonic activities.
The young Kamado relishes the experience of returning back to his hometown, and the residents are more than happy to welcome home back with smiles and teary eyes. Although there's a bit of a misunderstanding upon seeing Giyuu, who was once suspected to be the suspect of the Kamado's family death.
The trio arrive at Kamado's residence, and they pay respects and prayers to the graves first before looking around.
Tanjirou has some nostalgic moments as he gazes upon his home, his heart swells with pain. Some tankana bonding moments of Kanao asking about how his life was and her smiling wistfully at the thought of such a warm family. The young slayers get even more determined to defeat demons.
They find nothing in the house but Giyuu spots wilting horsetail weed around the area. Kanao inspects in and takes note of the subtle differences in the petals, the colours, the stems, etc etc. She collects some samples to be taken back. The trio do more inspections but find nothing. They leave before nightfall, advising the town people to stay away from the mountain area in case Muzan gets there or anything.
On the way back, Tanjirou tells stories of his childhood memories. One in particular about the time his mother made him and Nezuko a soup when they were sick.
Kanao returns to the Butterfly estate and sets the plants in small pots, stationing them in Shinobu's office, before returning to training.
Shinobu, workaholics and couldn't count the last time she took a proper sleep, is about to inspect the plants according to Kanao's report. The sun is peeking barely behind the mountains, the day is bright,
and in the pots are blooming blue Spider Lilies.
Power couple
I actually wanted to draw them crying and holding each other as they hold their own sentimental items in their hands ( Kanao holding Shinobu's hairpin and Tanjirou holding Kyojuro's sword handguard ) but maybe that's for another day :D
