I hope that after yet another round of unflattering publicity, the current MM members have some sort of a meeting where younger members are actually encouraged to give their opinions about how they want things to go, and just try to work out some sort of working dynamic where every member feels valued. I don't expect them all to be friends, or even necessarily get along that well, but things need to change.
