feeling anxious and sad about irl stuff so here's comfort headcanons for Angel and all the toys (+ the Prototype):

The toys often go to Angel when they have nightmares or trouble sleeping, without exceptions. Angel never ever questions the reason they're there, and simply gives then a hug and waits next to them until they can sleep;

The mini wuggies, critters and other smaller toys like to climb the bigger ones while playing. Marie, Hoppy, Bobby and the Prototype are the favorite victims when not counting Angel;

Dogday drinks tea or hot cocoa when he's having bad days regarding his depression and C-PTSD from the factory. He would isolate himself before, but now the other critters + Angel and Marie try to be there to comfort him. He doesn't like being alone;

All critters use Catnap as a pillow or bed after they forgive him. Hoppy and Bobby especially;

Delight made a whole catalogue of bugs she found in the family's farm. It's very extensive and she likes infodumping about them as a way to show appreciation to others;

Delight never had any nightmare when sleeping close to Catnap, Angel, or Bubba;

This is gross to people outside the fam, but licking and play biting is something all the toys do. Yes. ALL of them. Yes I'm including Delight in this, if they like someone they play bite them;

Angel's soup is everyone's comfort food;

With time, Hoppy eventually starts snooring while asleep. Only Bobby never woke up from her TERRIBLE snooring;

When Angel has bad days, its normal for the toys to organize themselves in groups so Angel isn't left alone by themself. They really started hating being alone after adopting the toys;

The Prototype also mimics the behavior of the toys, but this is accidental, unlike his voice mimicry. To which I dare say...

He also headbonks and play bites as a love language;

Poppy likes braiding hair and fur from the other toys. The others also start seeing her as their older sister after some time;

Yes, the entire family still sleeps in gigantic cuddle piles even after like a decade post-rescue. Don't separate them...
