i cant move forward because even if i held myself accountable that doesnt help fix the harm i caused to my friend nothing can erase it and i dont want to keep wallowing in self pity cause that doesnt help anybody either but i just cant get it out of my head it keeps repeating over and over i dont know what to do to make it better
