I like how the fandom at large is like "yeah ashes is the one who has their head on straight" but we have to remember that's in comparison to the other mechanisms. Ashes burned down a whole planet day 1 of being immortal. Ashes took off on a lark and became a god for a while. Ashes has a huge hoard of gold for reasons nobody can actually explain (you can't tell me the mechanisms pay TAXES)
