Pale Blue Dot

From this distant vantage point, the Earth might not seem of any particular interest. But for us, it's different. Consider again that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there – on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.

The Earth is a very small stage in a vast cosmic arena. Think of the rivers of blood spilled by all those generals and emperors so that in glory and triumph they could become the momentary masters of a fraction of a dot. Think of the endless cruelties visited by the inhabitants of one corner of this pixel on the scarcely distinguishable inhabitants of some other corner. How frequent their misunderstandings, how eager they are to kill one another, how fervent their hatreds. Our posturings, our imagined self-importance, the delusion that we have some privileged position in the universe, are challenged by this point of pale light. Our planet is a lonely speck in the great enveloping cosmic dark. In our obscurity – in all this vastness – there is no hint that help will come from elsewhere to save us from ourselves.

The Earth is the only world known, so far, to harbor life. There is nowhere else, at least in the near future, to which our species could migrate. Visit, yes. Settle, not yet. Like it or not, for the moment, the Earth is where we make our stand. It has been said that astronomy is a humbling and character-building experience. There is perhaps no better demonstration of the folly of human conceits than this distant image of our tiny world. To me, it underscores our responsibility to deal more kindly with one another and to preserve and cherish the pale blue dot, the only home we've ever known.

La nebulosa NGC 7027 se encuentra en la constelación de Cygnus (el cisne) a unos 3000 años luz de distancia de la Tierra.

Fue descubierta en 1878 por Édouard Stephan

Lo que observamos en la imagen es la descomposición de una gigante roja tras su muerte: nubes concéntricas provenientes de la capa exterior de la estrella (forma esférica), nubes de polvo con forma no-esférica provenientes del resto de capas de la estrella (zona brillante de la imagen) y lo que queda de la estrella es la enana blanca (punto blanco en el centro de la nebulosa).

Comenzó a expandirse hace unos 600 años y tiene una masa 3 veces la del Sol.

NGC 7027 parece ser un lugar prometedor para buscar la existencia de HeH+, molécula que se cree que existe en el espacio interestelar pero que no se ha podido identificar todavía.

My hypothesis proposes that dinosaur fossils were mineralized not through slow geological processes over millions of years, but rather through a rapid petrification mechanism triggered by intense cosmic forces. The preservation level of these fossils, combined with internal structural details that closely resemble living tissue in MRI/CT imaging, suggests an alternative explanation to standard permineralization: one involving high-energy cosmic interactions acting on water-rich biological tissues.

Introduction

Traditional fossilization theories assert that bone and tissue are gradually replaced by minerals over geologic timeframes through groundwater percolation (permineralization). However, this model struggles to explain the exceptionally well-preserved internal structures found in some dinosaur fossils, such as:

• Preserved blood vessels and cellular outlines.

• High-resolution internal microstructures resembling those seen in living organisms These anomalies warrant re-examining the possibility of rapid fossilization under extraordinary environmental conditions.

I propose that a high-energy cosmic event (or sustained cosmic force) acted upon dinosaur remains shortly after death, triggering:

• Hydrogen fusion in stars is how helium, carbon, oxygen, and silicon are created.

• Adding energy (via cosmic rays, gamma bursts, or gravitational forces) to hydrogen-rich matter could in theory trigger transmutation or mineralization processes not normally found under Earth-bound conditions. If cosmic-scale forces can:

• Create new elements.

• Fuse atoms

1. Fossil bones (rich in water/hydrogen) interacted with a cosmic-level energy event.

• Some fossils look almost “snap frozen” in detail.

110-Million-Year-Old Armored Dinosaur was found in a small “impact crater”  within a deep-sea sediment layer, somewhere it never would have dared to venture back during the Early Cretaceous. The mainstream theory of petrification and mineralization could be totally wrong and misleading as the petrification must have happened very fast and was probably directly related to the extinction event. Here explaining how the specimen reached the ocean: And here how the mainstream explains the issue: This particular nodosaur probably lived along the coastline, and had a great time munching on as many leaves as it liked. Something unfortunate befell it, however, and it died, falling into the coastal waters and drifting out to sea. Eventually, it arrived in the ocean, by which point it would have started to decompose quite quickly. Had it been still on land or even in shallow coastal waters, its armored skin would have been lost to time. Fortunately for paleontologists, something rather disgusting took place. The bacteria breaking down its organic components were expelling quite a lot of gas as they did so. This caused the body to swell up and become buoyant enough to float far out into the middle of the ocean. At some point, it burst, which caused it to sink to the seafloor.  An explanation would fit in a children story book. Under the scanning electron microscope they would see that the story with the bacteria is totally wrong and the bacteria would lead to to decay of the biggest part of the cells.
