Toby give Rouxls his unused voice!!!

I've always felt like the voices give the characters more character.

I really wanna hear him go doo dee doo as his speech becomes more and more unintelligible as he adds on more accents.

Make like a joke

Susie:"you sound different dude"

Rouxls "I don knoweth wast thou meaneth"

Why does this guy get the same voice as the other less important characters? PLEASE TOBY
