They'll get heavier by the week. But you will love it, because as this is happening you're fitting more and more I to the role of my breedable little cow. Fat, and soft, and always leaking milk. the sad thing is that i’ve tried to induce lactation before and i failed :( i was taking domperidone a few times a day and pumping and stimulating my nipples around the clock, but nothing seemed to work. truthfully though, i think it didn’t work because i got scared. the sensation of my nipples getting so sensitive and sore— and noticably hard almost 24/7– started to make me feel like a real cow. i would be hiding in public bathroom stalls to quickly massage my aching tits and end up having to masturbate because it was so arousing. my life was starting to revolve around my needy breasts. it’s a shame i kept chickening out right as the drugs started making my breasts into veiny udders, thick teats always begging for the relentless suction of a mouth or a pump. but hopefully someday someone will force me to go through with it, and give me no choice but to transform myself into a dumb dairy cow with giant heaving udders.

Another good recipe

Here’s another alternative instead of the dreaded cake shake for y’all-

This one is nut free

2 cups organic heavy cream

1 frozen banana

2 scoops vanilla protein powder or mass gainers powder

1 avocado (fresh and ripe, not frozen)

3 tbl flax seed

1/2 cup raw honey

Mix and Blend!

Vegan version-

Flax milk (get the brand that has added protein)

Protein powder

Frozen banana

Flax seed

Chia seed

Vanilla extract

Coconut cream

Avocado

Coconut sugar

1-1.5 tbl coconut oil

Blend and enjoy

These are smoothies that have a shit ton of calories. One avocado has like 300 calories. Coconut oil is super high in calories and so is coconut cream. Heavy cream is also high in calories. Almost every ingredient in the smoothie has at least 100 cal so your total for each smoothie is going to be roughly 2 to 3000 cal category. Especially if you use that mass gainers shit. I would be surprised if any of you could even get this down 😅 your belly should be literally throbbing and aching.

Also, I literally don’t condone doing this to yourself. But honestly, this is better than that cake shake shit y’all are doing.

This is for all of y’all drinking cake shakes… I have my own health and wellness business and I assure you that shit is terrible for you🤣🤣 one can of full fat coconut cream has about 1000+ cal.

Alternatively to protein powder, you can purchase Mass Gainers protein powder that has like 1400 calories per serving.

If u drink this shake w the mass gainers protein it will be like a 3,000 calorie shake and I think your stomach will literally explode it will be so stretched and full. Like, ur belly should be in agony if u make that version 🤣💀

Nutrient-Dense Belly Milk Recipe_

Ingredients:

- 1 can coconut cream

- 16oz raw cows milk(best option), organic grasss fed whole milk, or any other non-dairy milk

-1-2 scoops of vanilla bean protein powder

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

-2 frozen bananas or .5 cup coconut sugar or raw honey

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)

- Pinch of salt

- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine coconut cream, milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, vanilla powder (or extract), and salt. Blend until smooth.

2. Add cinnamon and ginger (if using) and blend until well combined.

3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

This Nutrient-Dense Belly Milk offers:
