For hours a day, while his mother tended their garden and watched from the corner of her eye, Link practiced his swordplay, despite never being taught sword forms by his father or anything more than how to hold one, he spun the practice blade around him like he was born for it. Dancing with the weapon as if he stood against a real rival, stopping to correct his stance or technique like someone was instructing him to.
