Trying to be productive creatively with adhd is so frustrating sometimes (most of the time)

I want so badly to write but it feels like everything is pulling me away from it

I open my writing document, I write a few sentences

I open Discord and begin ranting to my sibling about what I'm writing and planning on writing.

"Oh no, I got distracted again" I open my writing document, write a few more sentences

I open Discord again-

tk rants please adhd you are killing me and then there are those moments where you enter The Zone and nothing can take you out of it like when I played isat for 25 hours straight it feels like what I currently have motivation to work on is chosen by a random spinning wheel and what I want to do and what I have the motivation for feel like they're so often unaligned it be that way sometimes (a lot of the time)
