I'm sorry, I wanted to do WhumpTober so bad but I've been stuck doing Portfolio crap and Flim projects for class.

This is the first piece in a while I actually did for MYSELF.

What happened with the book?

It died, I essentially gave up on it!

It no longer reflects how I do my work etc. Maybe I'll redo the entire thing in the future! You can find it here digitally, it's under the 'comics' section.

I COULDN'T FINISH IT, SO THE REST OF THE DIALOGUE IS BELOW. IM SORRY I'M LAZY Thinking because like- Legend spent an entire adventure in Hytopia (Literally a fashion based kingdom) so he'd probably have the best fashion sense out of any of the Links.

Didn't want to ruin Wild's beautiful face so I proceeded to made his hand see-thru.

Mind my Print/Cursive handwriting...

Dialogue:

Twi: "Why am I the one who has the wear the disguise?" Wild: "Because you look the least suspicious!" Twi: "I don't really understand- This doesn't fit me at all. There's no way-" Wild: "Twilight! Trust me, you're perfect for this!" Twi: "If you say so…" *After some modifications* Wild: 'Okay done!' Wild: "Perfect! Straight eye catching." "You'll fit right in!" Twi: "You're sure?" Wild: "Definitely." Legend: "Something's missing." Wild: "Oh? Like what?" *Pause, Wind enters* Wind: "How about this?" Legend: "Where'd you find that?" Wind: "Four found it; said it was a midnight rose." Legend: "I like it." *he smirks* Legend: "Wild, give me a pin." Wild: 'Kay.' Legend: Alright, looks good." *Boys enter room to the rest of the Chain* Wars: "Ooohh, someone's ready for the ball tonight." Twi: Is dying inside. *scoffs* No, I don't apologize for not sticking to the 'Warriors being the one to be picky about appearance.' Yall can fight me all you want, Legend would be the man for that. Bro spent time being ridiculed and pestered about a fashion sense for too long not to learn something. Warriors outfit and scarf was gifted to him. Bitch just looks pretty, he totally owns it too, I'll say that. He can be the one who messed with Twi's hair. :] Was originally a fic idea, but like, then I drew Twilight- It then turned into a comic.... -Which still counts as fanfiction technically- Meanwhile, if this gives you any ideas, please share them with me. Also, whoever you are. This made me choke when I read it.

For the request why not clothes swap between member of the chain ? If you want a more precise request then seeing Hyrule and Twilight swapping clohes (with the clothes adjusted to their height so they still fit the wearer even when swapped) would be cool !

Although everything you want to do with concept would be great so feel free to play with it as much as you'd like 👍.

His feet dragged along the ground, they were tired. Tired of running. Striving to find somewhere safe, somewhere to rest, breathe.

"Wild."

Twilight's voice went up an octave, his anxiety evident.

"It's on the surface?"

"Yes." Wild dragged a hand along the rough edge of the rocks.

"They moved up from this last night and then called in all the resources."

Twilight glanced up at the sky, then around the many cracks along the mountain.

"So someone is out there." Wild conceded.

Twilight looked too Wild.

"I thought there was a hidden entrance down here? I thought... There were rumors of secret entrances in the caverns. Rumors of them bringing others here." 

Wild was hoping Twilight was wrong.

Wild's voice stuttered. "No. The entrances maybe, but not- not bringing people to them." 

"I'm not surprised there would be, with what's been going on. Losing everyone…"

Wild took in a shuddering breath. 

"You're sure?"

"I am."

A large crash of trees could be heard in the distance.

"They're chasing us."

"I know." Twilight breathed.

Wild worriedly glanced back at him. Looking Twilight up and down, trying to atleast get a vague idea of how he was fairing.

"We have to move, faster, if they catch up to us there's no escaping them." He said.

Wild stopped to look back at him.

"How's your leg?"

Twilight gave Wild a defiant look.

"It's fine."

Twilight was breathing heavily, sweat dripping down his face. The grimace he wore on his face evident of the pain he was in. They were moving a bit faster than walking pace, but Twilight's struggle was true- he couldn't go on much longer.

"It's not." Wild replied.

Twilight huffed, it stuttered and wheezed.

"There's no use in worrying about it, there's nothing we can do right now. No potions, no elixirs, nothing. I just have to push through." He was leaning deeper against the rocks as he dragged himself further along.

"But-" 

"No Wild. If they catch up to us, you need to keep moving, find the entrance. We're the only ones left, the only ones left to solve this issue. If I'm taken, then you need to keep going."

Wild's face was struck with frustrated emotion.

"I can't- I can't leave you behind."

Twilight looked to Wild with the most serious expression he could muster.

"You will."

Wild looked forward again, frustrated tears boiling over the chance of having to leave his friend- brother behind. Just like the rest of them.

"Okay." Was all he said in reply. 

There was a pause as Twilight caught his breath.

"Promise me."

Wild waited a moment, his brain spinning with the situation they had managed to find themselves in. 

"I promise."

They continued on in silence, the rustling of grass and crumbling rocks beneath their feet, the only other sound was of Twilight's heavy breathing. Screams could be heard in the distance. Wild rushed to find the entrance to the cavern, it was their only chance. The last place to look, the last place to go. If only, if only they had something, anything to help them along the way. Anything to help Twilight, to ease him of his pain. Minutes passed.

The lack of time they had was evident, there was no way they could make it at the pace they were currently going. Wild wouldn't leave Twilight behind, he couldn't. Twilight was all he had, vise versa. No one was left.

Twilight openly whimpered, as he took a stumbling step. His leg was mangled, bleeding, as it buckled under him. He crashed to the dirt below.

"No, no, no, Twilight please! Get up, we have to keep going."

Wild cried out in panic, tears streaming down his face. He scrambled and pulled at Twilight to get him to get up, to keep walking, to keep going. 

"Please, please, we are almost there I promise. We can make it, just a little bit further Twi, Please."

Twilight didn't reply, trying to control his breathing. He made no move to follow Wild's insistent grabbing and pulling. He was nauseous with pain, he couldn't move his leg any further. He inhaled with a stuttering breath, and moved to unclasp the strap around his shoulder holding the Master Sword. His ears were ringing as the sheathed Master Sword fell from his back to the ground.

His vision was hazy, but he was stubborn.

Twilight shakily grasped the sword and pushed it to Wild's chest from where he was leaning over him. He could see Wild's lips moving, but he couldn't hear a word that was being said. The constant ringing grew louder as his grasp on the sword wavered, and his world tilted. 

"Twilight, Twilight, TWILIGHT, no, no, no, no, no-"

Twilight fell forward into Wild's chest, barely conscious but breathing. While his hand slipped from the sword and clattered to the ground once again- he held onto Wild the best he could. His gloved hand fisted into the fabric of Wild's bloodied blue tunic.

"Go."

That was l he said as he went limp in Wild's trembling arms. Wild screamed, cried, and gave a frustrated yell. He was sobbing, he curled around Twilight. 

Another scream, this time closer.

He sobbed, and gently laid Twilight into the gravel filled grass. He grabbed the Master Sword and ran. He ran along the mountain's rocky surface as fast as he could, stumbling and tripping along the way. There, in the distance he would see it, a glowing crack in the surface of the rock. He looked to the bracelet around his wrist, and the sheathed Master Sword held tightly in his hand. And he ran straight into the crack within the wall of the rock. His world spun around him, colors and images whirling, mixing around him. 

With a sudden lurch he came out the other side. The world around him was calm, the sun shining, birds chirping, not a monster in sight. A stark contrast to what he and Twilight were experiencing moments before.

Twilight.

Wild sank to the fluffy green grass below him and sobbed. He clutched the Master Sword to his chest and grieved. They were gone, all of them were gone. He was alone, alone again.

I've never actually written anything for LU yet that wasn't in comic form or something like a short drabble, so this is a change! There's no clear setting, it's supposed to just jump into it randomly. I like to write things like that. There's no intro, no context in the beginning. You learn as you read, and sometimes you have no idea what's really going on. Sometimes you have no idea who's leading the conversation. It's a mystery.

I'm a very heavy angst type of person, so I hope you enjoyed it regardless. I even made a little piece of art to go with it.

Random thoughts, that I think about a lot.

As a writer, reader, and player of pretty much every game.

-Wars got his scarf from Impa/Zelda, legit had it laid out for the chosen hero just waiting whenever he showed up.

-Time wasn't the only one present in Hyrule Warriors, Wind was a huge part of it too. I have no idea why so many ppl either miss it or dismiss it. For the fact in the original game Young Link was a DLC exclusive. You wouldn't have even seen him unless you bought it. (Later the Switch ver came out with almost all DLC included)

^ Note the original game includes both 3ds and WiiU. The Switch includes all three lines later on.

-Wind, because of this (me including Spirit Tracks) would have been on FOUR adventures. >:V

^ Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, Hyrule Warriors

-Yall can't just exclude Wind when I see so much 'Mask' content :U

-Please include more Twilight with his ball n' chain weapon, it's legit super handy for smashing the HECK out of things. << Also this bitch has a boomerang that makes mini tornadoes very handy for putting out fires. Frankly one of the most annoying rescues in the game.

-Wind, Wars, Time, Hyrule, and Legend can all channel magic. Or all use magic (With the exception of Twilight) for battle or tools.

-Magic for Wars is seen as something he can use to make quick and powerful attacks FAST for a short amount of time. It can be found in bottles, or just recharge over time.

-Yall please Wind can do so much cool shit with his Phantom Sword

-BOTW, probably doesn't apply to LU. But in the original translation Link literally says he got all his memories back lol. I'll forever laugh at this fact.

-Wolfie, can see dead people/spirits (Including Wind)

-Wolfie is anyone familiar with this form? Bitch moves fast af boi with a spin/charged attack.
