i had this idea of a TETOCU AU where the characters play the roles of the cast of The Owl House
so far I have:
George as Luz
Harold as Amity
Captain Underpants himself as Eda Clawthorne
Mr. Krupp as Lilith Clawthorne (yes, Mr. Krupp and Captain Underpants are different people in this AU)
Melvinborg as Emperor Belos
Melvin as Hunter

Last night I had a dream where I saw doodles of Melvinborg literally all around my school, sometimes in thrown out journal pages or even on vandalized walls, always in the same artstyle with the same signature ("Image by B" in cursive). It got to the point where I began to wonder... Who was this "B" and why were they leaving doodles of Melvinborg literally all over this school? The artstyle itself looked like a mix of @paruborg's artstyle and the artstyle of KEI, the artist who designed Hatsune Miku! At one point I saw a student toss me one of the doodles, and it was an outline of Melvinborg in "B"'s artstyle (a la this official picture of Mid-Fight Masses) and text in front of it (again in that cursive style) that read "B x Melvinborg forever". At that point I began to really wonder who "B" was... but I woke up before I could even figure out who they were. Maybe there'll be a second part...?

5 years ago today, the CU fandom changed... forever.
How, you may be asking?
Well, first of all, the CU show had first premiered. But more importantly... at the end of Season 1, which was first aired on this day 5 years ago, something very special happened that would change the way the fandom viewed Melvin Sneedly:
The reveal... of Melvinborg!
Even now, it still amazes me to see how many people still love him even 5 years after he was revealed to the world!

All of these are redraws of the same picture, that is, the screenshot where Melvinborg revealed himself.
5 years ago today, the lives of millions of CU fans changed. 5 years ago, a new genesis of simps was created. 5 years ago, the CU fandom became more unified and stopped debating over which CU media was better, thanks to a certain character. 5 years ago, Melvinborg was revealed.
Melvinborg, thank you for making the fandom a better place. Melvinborg simps, thank you for not letting him go obscure.
Today was a glorious day for the CU fandom 5 years ago. And the day that Melvinborg returns, if he ever returns, would be a sequel to this day if it were possible.

It's funny how Melvin's bday is on Christmas, which is also the supposed birthday of Christ (hence the name)

THE SIMILARITIES:
They both disguised themselves up until the climax of their respective sources (For Sarv it was a nun and for Melvinborg it was the school superintendent)
They're both simped for by their respective fandoms
They're both easily recognizable
They both are associated with a food item (Sarvente's associated with Neapolitan Ice Cream and Melvinborg is associated with blueberry muffins)
Tying to the second point, their creators know that people simp for them (For Sarv, I know since Dokki.doodlez, Sarv's creator, once made a bunch of doodles of Sarv's demon form since people simp for Sarv and as for Melvinborg, I assume because he was shown to be shirtless in one episode)
They both have younger selves that have canon designs (Melvin and Young Sarv being said younger selves)
They both die in some way (For Melvinborg it was the altered future and for Sarv it was the broken vow)
