How would Kwazii act on catnip

i can SO vividly see shellington asking the vegimals to go out and collect some plant samples for him to study; which leads to them accidentally bringing catnip onboard the ship.

they don't notice straight away, because it went right to the lab, and was promptly sealed away in a container, or even just a cupboard.

but then kwazii starts to notice shellington smells a lil funny. nobody else notices the change, but kwazii says it smells "strangely nice", so they don't worry too much about it.

but then.

everyone awakes one morning to find kwazii on the floor of shellington's lab like

and purring out of his mind.

A Barnacle's headcanon (I have, since y'all want more Barnacle's lore of my AU). Is Barnacle's used to have a family way before he joined the octonauts. A loving mate with a cub. But they were lost to him. It sent him into a deep dark depressive state and eventually uncontrollable anger and aggression believing it was all his fault, but now learning new lessons and now being a gentle bear, he joined the octonauts and now had started a new family with shellington and had his pubs. He vows to himself to always protect them and be there when in danger.

Barnacle's tends to be protective when Shelly gets hurt or if he feels like they're being threatened.

When resting together, Barnacle's curls around shellington, like how a dog will circle around before laying down.

Barnacle's is very gentle with shellington ever since they first meet.

Shellington likes to share barnacle's the research and Sketch they made, Barnacle's doesn't mind seeing them, and knowing more facts from Shellington.

When the vegimals came into shellington's life and were a handful shellington would be exhausted, but Barnacle's will take care of them while shellington rest on his lap.

If Barnacle's was the one who was overworked/overworking shellington would be stroking his fur as he rest on shellington's lap.

Some mornings Barnacle's would make shellington breakfast in bed if late nights were rough for them.

Every morning shellington loves to make hot coco for Barnacle's before he wakes up.

With the help of the vegimals shellington loves to make Barnacle's favorite dishes and meals.

After missions both of them would have deep conversations when the waters are beautiful and shine from the sun rays of light.

Barnacle's doesn't like to admit his feelings when his best friend kwazii teases him who he's in love with.

When alone together, shellington will say a few seductive lines. Which makes barnacle's perk up his ears and turn bright red. Before pro seducing shellington back.

If the captain was being attacked or being taken away, Shellington would try to save him but how weak herm is the Captain would always tell them to get out of here if in the middle of aggressive situations.

Non the less the two deeply love each other very much. And would comfort one if one is feeling troubled.

I have alot more headcanons for these two! But for now that's all I can think of at the moment. I don't have enough time to rethink most of these, cause life is busy and when drawing them I'll definitely be able to come up with some more. I Just LOVE! these two!! They're so CUTE together!! I wish there was more fanart of them! 🥺❤️

Meet the pubs! Arctic, Saorise, and Bently!

Arctic(blue scarf) is a polar bear cub, and the oldest of his siblings.

Saorise the middle pub, she's the one who's a hybrid breed, mixed with polar bear and sea otter from her parents.

Bently the youngest the baby of the three(under his brother's paw)

I would really want to get back into these 3 amigos siblings.

This is another old piece I drew a long time ago. Idk the contacts for this but ig. The captain was ambushed and attacked. And until then his crew went to go find him and they were to late. And his beloved sea otter cried her heart out.

Nothing really connected to a story or anything I was just bored when I drew this.

Shellington had the captains pubs (basically his children) the two never been happier than ever. But tunip and the vegimals were worried shellington would forget them since, shell basically raised them and now has a litter to care for. But there's always room for them.

We're wild and free.

Forgot I made this a while back. Made this based on a fanfic that I wrote. About the theory why there are feral animals while the octonauts were anthros. It was an old fanfic but honestly I was losing my mind. If u want me to post the fanfic into chapters here. Just lemme know.
