Curate, connect, and discover
speedruned this right after watching Scar's pov
I have so so many new headcanons I want to share!!!! maybe I'll even draw little something with my long explanation :3
I talk about the drawing under the cut if that interest anyone
(Reblogs appreciated)
This is an older drawing from like maybe a couple months ago, I just hadn’t gotten around to posting it 💀
It’s traditional but multimedia, I used oil pastels, coloured pencil, markers and a little bit of POSCA pens.
I wanted to draw empires s1 Pearl because i like how she’s a little farmer and how Sausage and others made her into a saint in s2
I was planning on making a drawing with Sausage and and Pearl but I haven’t gotten around to it yet 👀
Time laps + little ramble under cut
Time laps (warning bright flashes)
Time laps is 30 seconds
I made this because I was like “what if double life was set in Pokémon,” then I thought “Tilly would definitely be a lycanroc.” I would have made her night form but I actually think night time lycanroc is hard to draw and too ugly to spend that much time on (you can see at the beginning I was planning on drawing Pearl with all three forms) Despite that choice this drawing took an 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have other in my head but I not sure if I’m going to make them.
5/6 of my PearlescentMoon Double Life Thumbnail series for my Illustration class. As both episode 5 and 6 were finished the last two weeks of college, I needed a bit more time to place the final touches! Episode 5 had perhaps the most concept sketches, but I ended up painting the tnt trap.
Each illustration is sketched in red colored pencil, colored with watercolor and gouache, and lined with red ink. For this project, I focused on different coloring and shading techniques.
Fun fact some of my first mcyt paintings were cosplayers! Send some love over to @fatfrogcosplay and their amazing cosplays!
Finally feeling better, so here’s some new art! Started putting the final details on my next double life paintings, sorry for the delay.
Who else should I paint?
4/6 of my PearlescentMoon Double Life Thumbnail series for my Illustration class. Episode 4 has the most difficult pose of all the thumbnails (as my professor would fondly remember), but I love the final result.

What’s this? A double life anniversary? Seems a perfect time for another thumbnail then!
3/6 of my PearlescentMoon Double Life Thumbnail series for my Illustration class. Episode 3 was full of so many fun moments, but I really wanted to paint Revenge. I also love the composition, as Pearl is between Scott and Cleo’s house!

2/6 of my PearlescentMoon Double Life Thumbnail series for my Illustration class. Episode 2’s thumbnail is one of my favorites, thank you to (youtuber/artist) GenrihG for inspiration!
