I am Ahmed Halas from the besieged North Gaza, I have created my campaign to help my family and save them from the suffering they are living. Our lives, hopes and ambitions have been destroyed, our livelihood has been destroyed, we have lost dear friends and many relatives, our house has been completely destroyed, we live in a plastic tent in the middle of an UNRWA school and we suffer from the heat of the sun which causes headaches, migraines, body allergies and many diseases. There is no food, water, medicine or basic life requirements and the prices are terribly high, we cannot afford to buy anything.
In the meantime, this fundraising campaign has been started so that people can donate so that we can regain momentum in case the unfortunate circumstances cannot be fixed. Ahmed Halas and his family have already registered and are likely to be called to leave soon. This money is for their evacuation. Let's aim to evacuate them all together!!!

Hello, I am Ahmed from the Gaza Strip, I am still alive after ten months of war. This is my fifth war too. But this war is unlike any other. I am trying to raise money for me and my family, as we are determined to leave to safety while this disaster continues. We want to leave the Gaza Strip towards Egypt through the Rafah crossing and Hala Company.
This was a very difficult decision for me, but this is my fate and the fate of my family. I feel ashamed to ask you to donate enough to save me and my family of 20, most of whom are young children, by raising enough money to reach safety. Father Fathi suffers from heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure, and son Mahmoud suffers from back and cartilage pain, which is why he does not have a medical mattress due to sleeping on the floor, which makes him feel severe pain.
Oh my God, what happened to us, I lost my memories and dreams that I have dreamed of for a long time, my house where I lived my childhood, nothing remained inside it, it was a pile of fire, and I lost my source of livelihood and my baby clothes store was completely destroyed, which led to the accumulation of debts that I was committed to from merchants that I obtained a few days before the current wave of war.
Note: Ahmed will try, when the circumstances are complete and I collect a sufficient amount and I am able to reunite the entire family here in Gaza, by moving my family to a safe place and regaining some comfort or trying to go to Egypt, knowing that the cost per person now is $ 5,000 for an adult and $ 2,500 for a child. hi guys, i won't say much, ahmed's campaign to buy new tents and get plastic tarps to protect improvised shelters in his refuge camp has been ongoing since 11/24. we are over 2/3rds of the way to the goal.
i would love to see this campaign finished by the end of the year, so i will match all contributions starting today, dec 20, until we meet the goal!

and raised my children until they grew up and got married and we remained until this moment in one house, supporting each other through the days in a family atmosphere and a house full of warmth and reassurance.
Until the war came and made us lose our home and the security we lived in,
as we were deported from the north of the Gaza Strip to the south, where there was no shelter except a dilapidated tent,
This is my daily struggle to light a fire and use it to prepare bread and cook food with the firewood and paper available to us in the absence of electricity and cooking gas
and I remained playing the role of father and mother until this moment and supporting my children and their children, as I also have three grandchildren.
But I regret to say that after more than a year of the ongoing war, I lost all the money I had saved and now we are in dire need of help in order to complete and provide the necessities of life, which have become competitive with the prices of gold here in the south of Gaza. We are suffering from a shortage of all the necessary necessities as there is no access to healthy food, clean water, shelter and medicine.

For full year, we've endured the harshness of our circumstances, battling not only the physical challenges but also the pervasive illnesses that haunt the refugee camp. All these conditions directly affected my son Nasser's health for the worst. It breaks my heart to see my child suffering and needing medical aid while I have nothing I can do.😭😭💔💔💔

Hello I am Mohammad Tayseer, 34 years old, Palestinian living in Gaza. I am married to Basma Ramez, and we have two children: Jude, who is 4 years old, and yazan, who is 2 and a half years old.
Our life was normal and full of optimism, and we had big ambitions.I worked in smartphone programming at City Phone. I was happy with my job, and our dreams were focused on building a bright and beautiful future for our children. We had a large, beautiful home that sheltered us, full of many wonderful memories.
But suddenly, without any warning, war destroyed everything beautiful in our lives. Our home was demolished by a missile, leaving nothing behind, and my company was also damaged. I lost my job, and we became homeless and without income.

We tried to flee more than five times to safer areas in search of security, but safety in Gaza has become nearly impossible. We are now seeking a chance to live in a safe place outside of Gaza. However, our only hope now is to escape this ongoing hell and find a safe haven for our family. This requires significant financial costs, as border crossing fees amount to $5,000 per adult and $2,500 per child, a sum I cannot afford on my own.

Our sweet and beautiful family consists of four sons (Al-Waleed and Bilal / 11 years old - Yamen / 4 years old and Tim 18 months old) and two daughters (Shahd / 16 years old and Malak / 15 years old) in addition to my elderly and sick mother who lives with us. Our life was happy and stable, and our children were distinguished and excelled in their schools. We had many dreams that we intended to achieve for our family. Together, we established our own project in the field of fashion. We worked on it day and night until we succeeded in establishing it to ensure a decent life for our family. Suddenly, all our dreams were shattered, our home and our project were completely destroyed. My beautiful city was destroyed. We fled from death many times and fled to Al-Ahli Hospital. When it was bombed over our heads on OCT/17/2023, my daughter Shahd and I were injured in the bombing. After receiving treatment, we were forced to move from one city to another, and we ended up becoming Our shelter is a tent far from our home and dreams.
My children suffer a lot with us in arranging our difficult life affairs, between the cold of winter and the heat of summer, and the daily suffering in providing daily life needs such as providing drinking water and providing food with the huge rise in prices and the continued bombing and destruction. Dear Humanity,
My name is Hazem, I am 27 years old, and I live in the Gaza Strip with my wife, Nadra, who is 26 and in the early months of pregnancy. We led a simple life; I worked in trade and owned a modest store, while my wife was a daily-wage teacher. But everything changed drastically with the recent war, leaving us no choice but to flee multiple times in search of safety.
We have become used to facing wars, but this time, it’s entirely different. We are experiencing an unrelenting genocide, forcing us into constant displacement from one area to another within Gaza. Today, we find ourselves living in a tent on the streets amid worsening conditions every day.
The pain of loss doesn’t end there; I recently lost my father, and now I live with my beloved mother, whom I care for. My home, for which I hadn’t even completed the payments, was entirely destroyed, along with our family home where I grew up and created my fondest memories. Even my store, built through hard work to provide a dignified life for my family, didn’t survive.
My wife and I have thought a lot about the future of our upcoming child and how life would be for them in these harsh circumstances. The motivation behind launching this GoFundMe campaign is that I am about to become a father, and my wife needs special care during her pregnancy. We hope to provide them with better conditions.
Purpose of the Campaign
The purpose of this GoFundMe campaign is to seek financial assistance for us, as we face unimaginable challenges in the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing war and humanitarian crisis. As we prepare for the arrival of our first child, we urgently need support to:
1. Ensure Safe Conditions for Pregnancy: Nadra requires special care during her pregnancy, and the current living conditions are not suitable for her or the baby.
2. Rebuild Our Lives: After losing our home and livelihood, we need funds to start over and create a stable environment for our family.
3. Provide Basic Necessities: The donations will help secure food, shelter, and medical care, which are essential for both Nadra and our unborn child.

Five-year-old Mariam,🕊with her bright pink backpack and tiny hands clutching a red rose, was ready to head to her KG2 class. It was a Saturday morning, October 7, and Mariam was filled with excitement and pride for reaching the next stage of her education. She wanted to surprise her kind teacher with that little rose. But in an instant, her world — our world — was torn apart.
Without warning, the skies filled with the sounds of explosions. The joyful morning turned into a nightmare of dust, fear, and destruction. Her preschool was shattered, her teacher’s life taken, and our neighborhood became a place of ruin. That single day marked the beginning of a relentless assault on Gaza — a place where childhood dreams, laughter, and innocence were erased in moments.
I am Khaled Ismail, a 41-year-old father, and my wife Rasha is 32. We live in Gaza with our three children. Our youngest, beautiful Mariam🕊, is just five years old. Our eldest, Walid, 12, is a boy full of dreams, always hoping to become an inventor. And in the middle, there’s Karim, our 10-year-old, whose laughter and jokes used to brighten our darkest days.
But the war has left scars that words cannot heal. The day of the first airstrike changed everything. Rubble covered their toys, and black dust filled the air. The sound of my children’s cries mixed with the chaos of families running for their lives. We left our home that day, desperately searching for safety. But every step, every shelter, brought only more destruction.
For a year now, we have been displaced, moving from one place to another, only to be met with more violence. Today, our home is nothing more than a frail tent. It offers no shelter from the burning heat of summer or the biting cold of winter. My children’s small bodies are battered by this reality — malnutrition, intestinal infections, heat stroke, and even hepatitis are constant threats.
I have nothing left to change our situation. My children have lost everything. I have lost everything. Their childhood is buried under the rubble, their dreams replaced by survival, and their once-joyful laughter now a faint memory.
I am humbly reaching out to you with a plea to help us escape this endless nightmare. Our dream is simple: to find safety, to give our children a chance at life, to give Mariam and her brothers a future. My name is Shadi Issa. I am married and a father of three children: Tia (6 years old), Ibrahim (4 years old), and Sand (1.5 years old). We currently live in Deir al-Balah, located in central Gaza, after being forced to flee from northern Gaza where we previously lived in Beit Lahia. We, along with over a million other Palestinians, had to relocate to the southern part of Gaza, specifically to Rafah, where we experienced a period of relative stability until the outbreak of the conflict.
Before the war, I worked as an accountant and we enjoyed a peaceful and stable life in our home, which comprised five residential apartments occupied by my extended family and me. We had access to amenities such as a water well and a solar power system, and we cultivated olive trees on our land. Our lives were proceeding normally, and my children were about to start the school year, until the fateful day of October 7, 2023, when the war erupted, turning our lives into a living nightmare. Our home was bombed, destroying our dreams and future.
Our displacement journey began amidst the bombing and danger, leading us to makeshift shelters lacking basic necessities. We face daily struggles to find drinking water, which is often unsuitable for use. We currently live in a tent no larger than five square meters, which offers no protection from the summer heat or winter cold, and provides no defense against insects, scorpions, and snakes, which have impacted the health of our children.
We have endured immense pain and fear, witnessing death repeatedly. The situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate, and all escape routes are blocked. Returning to northern Gaza is prohibited due to security barriers. After seven months in Rafah, where we faced further bombing and losses, we moved to Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, where we lost all our belongings.
Escaping Gaza to Egypt is not easy and requires significant funds to cover travel costs and other fees. The estimated cost is $5,000 per adult and $2,500 per child. The funds will be used to cover travel expenses and basic living costs in Egypt until we can rebuild our lives away from the ongoing conflict.
We are currently living in an extremely cramped tent, and we have lost everything we once had. I kindly ask for your assistance in raising $20,000, which will enable us to escape to Egypt, where we can be safe and start a new life, and where our children can attend school and have a chance at a normal life.

November is the month with the most difficult memories in my family's life. On the fourth day of this month, we lost my older brother, Mohammed, during the Israeli occupation's invasion of the city of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip. My brother Mohammed was shot in the chest by a Zionist sniper.
