Oh, is it time for the pre-season 'the season is terrible' dreams? I had at least 3 before season 2. One was that the season was actually a board game.

I dreamed the first trailer for The Bad Batch s3 dropped and we found out they recast Dee Bradley Baker. Each bad batch member had a different voice actor and the characters sounded NOTHING like the previous seasons. It was so bad. I was genuinely so upset I considered not watching the last season. I was like "really you're gonna let us down THIS HARD on THE LAST SEASON"

Guys. I was going back and reading my first fic (not Star Wars related at all) and I have:

A brother of a six man found family sacrifices himself by falling from a vehicle to his presumed death. The leader of the group then has to tell the blonde smallest member of the group, and I QUOTE, "*name*, *other name* didn't make it." And all of this happened in an attempt to save another brother.

I keep somehow predicting the Bad Batch BEFORE I EVEN LIKED CLONES.

So if Tech comes back with a missing arm and PTSD, I officially am a witch and likely should be burned.

Something for the Tech fans (including me. I am a Tech fan)

Okay, so I know that the ship I write for isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. But there are some scenes that don’t involve the ship that I’m really proud of and I think would appeal to a wider audience. So I’m going to start posting scenes that I really like with enough context for things to make sense.

For my regular followers and readers, this will be things that you’ve seen before.

Today’s sample!

Tech has a breakdown

The context:

In a world where Order 66 kind of happens, but Anakin doesn’t turn and starts an early rebellion with the clones, Omega is kidnapped by bounty hunters sent by the Empire in order to win Nala Se’s cooperation. The Bad Batch works with Anakin’s rebellion in the hopes of finding some clue of her whereabouts. They’ve found the bounty hunters who took Omega: Taja and Admani Desai, Togruta siblings who were lied to by Nala Se and have agreed to help the Batch find Omega. Tech especially has taken this badly, spending weeks pushing himself to his limit trying to crack the deeper Imperial codes in order to find Omega. Taja has formed a connection with Tech as they’ve worked together, empathizing with him as she has lost siblings as well. Crosshair has also never left the Batch.

That should be everything! I hope you enjoy!

Tech stared at the information on his datapad. He did not understand it. He needed to understand it. He tightened his grip on the datapad and tried to focus on each character one at a time.

It did not help that he could hear the others talk quietly on the other end of the ship. He would not be here if Hunter had not forbidden him from finding somewhere he could do his work in peace.

It took far too long for him to realize that the pad was telling him his latest attempt at cracking the Imperial's secrets was unsuccessful.

Tech swore.

Frustration and anger like he had rarely felt before consumed his chest. What was wrong with him? Why couldn't he do this simple kriffing thing?

"Tech."

The rage he felt at himself redirected at the interruption.

"What is it?" Tech snapped.

"You need to take a break." Hunter said.

He and Wrecker had approached Tech.

"No." Tech said. "What I need is to succeed. I need to find a way to bypass their security."

Burning tears sprang to his eyes. He furiously dug the heel of his palm under his goggles to press them away.

"It needs to work." He mumbled. "I need it to work."

"Give me your data pad." Hunter said.

Tech pulled away from him.

"No." He said. "I can continue. I am fine."

"You're not." Hunter said. "You haven't slept or eaten in a rotation and you've barely gone to the fresher. Give me the data pad. That's an order."

Tech pulled it away from him.

“Come on, Tech.” Wrecker said, reaching for the pad. “Don’t-”

“If you touch this, I will destroy Lula.” Tech said. “If you cared for Omega a fraction of how you dote on that idiotic toy, we would not have lost her!”

Wrecker drew back as if punched. Shame mingled with Tech’s anger and frustration as he saw the wounded look in Wrecker’s eyes. Crosshair, Hunter, and Echo were staring at him. He could feel their disapproval. Crosshair opened his mouth and Tech knew he could not hear the words his brother would throw at him.

Tech tucked his datapad to his chest and fled.

The sunlight of Yavin IV blinded him momentarily. He hurried across the landing area and to the main temple. Surely there would be somewhere he could hide from his brothers' anger and censure.

He found himself in a cold, dark stone room. There was nothing in it save a few containers of spare equipment. Good. He could be alone here.

Tech held out his datapad with trembling hands. He still felt a pang when he saw the negative result there. He took a deep breath. He could do this. He had to.

The next six attempts were failures.

He was a failure.

Tech hurled the datapad at the wall. The crunch of the screen breaking made no dent in his miasma of emotions.

It wasn't working and he had hurt Wrecker and Omega was still out of reach-

The words ran over and over in his head, interrupted only by thoughts of worthless and failure.

Tech fell to his knees and curled in on himself. Shameful tears stung his eyes. For the first time since Omega was taken, for the first time since he was a child, Tech cried. He dug his fingernails into his arms as he sobbed. The pain was welcome.

The door opened and Tech cringed away from the light. There was no one that he wished to be the one to find him. The regs would be cruel and even worse, his brothers would attempt to help him.

He waited for the questions, the demands.

What are you doing?

Why are you in here?

Are you crying?

Come out of there.

None came. The door closed again, leaving Tech in the soothing darkness. There was no silhouette joining him in the room when he looked up.

Tech curled up again on the floor, trying to keep his mind away from what had pushed him to this state. He let it go blank, and the world seemed to disappear from around him.

Voices jolted Tech back to reality. He sat up, unsure of where he was. To his surprise, a blanket fell off of his shoulders. He looked around and slowly the memory of his breakdown came back to him.

But then- where did the blanket come from? If his brothers had found him, they would have taken him back to the Marauder. Tech became more confused as he picked up a ration bar and a canteen that had not been there before. He would have thought it was Omega if she were not gone. It was something she would do.

The voices outside sounded again and this time Tech could distinguish the words.

"Ma'am, I need you to stand aside now."

That was a trooper's voice.

"I'm under orders from Clone Force 99." A familiar, melodic voice said. "No one is to enter this room."

Taja?

Tech got to his feet. He hesitated, and then picked up his broken data pad from the floor.

"Uh huh." The trooper said. "Why don't I just comm Sergeant Hunter and see if that's true."

"That won't be necessary." Tech said, opening the door.

His ears had not deceived him. It was Taja standing as if on guard duty outside the closet door.

"She was doing me a favor. I needed some quiet for my research." Tech was surprised with how steady his voice was.

The clone trooper looked between the two of them before shrugging and moving on.

Tech wanted to speak the moment the guard was out of earshot, but found himself unable. The shame of the moment seemed to seep in. She had seen him at his lowest. Words seemed inconsequential in the wake of it.

The long moments dragged before he finally managed to speak.

"How did you know?" He asked.

He did not understand. She should have left him alone. Tech was sure that most of the individuals at the base would have done so, or, if they cared to, have gotten his brothers.

Taja's pale green eyes met his and he averted his gaze.

"My sister would have similar episodes." She said. "I assumed you did not need more stimulation.

Tech didn't know quite how to reply. He merely pressed his broken datapad to his chest.

"Thank you." He finally mumbled.

"I am glad to help." Taja replied.

Tech cleared his throat.

"I was unaware you and your brother had returned." He said.

Taja nodded.

"We have been in contact with some of the leaders of the Rebellion, concerning the increasing number of slavers in the galaxy." She said. "We have come to discuss the possibility of raiding a slave camp near here."

"And by some of the leaders, you mean General Skywalker." Tech said.

Taja smiled.

"Too clever by half." She said.

For the first time since Omega was taken, Tech felt a faint urge to smile.

That urge fled when a loud voice cracked through the air.

"Tech!"

Wrecker was barreling towards them. Taja took a step back as he drew near. He skidded to a stop in front of them, looking between them with his brow creased with worry. He lifted his hands, as if he wanted to grab Tech in a hug, which he probably did. Tech was glad that he abstained.

"You okay?" Wrecker asked. "It's been hours and we couldn't find you."

Tech felt some of his guilt return at Wrecker's concerned tone.

"I apologize." He muttered. "I did not intend-"

"It’s okay!" Wrecker said quickly. "I’m not mad, you know. Just worried."

He paused.

"We're all worried, Tech."

Tech looked down at the ground. His wretchedness that he had forgotten for a moment returned in full force.

"I do not understand." He finally said. "Omega is gone. How can you stand not doing anything?"

Wrecker looked again as if Tech had hit him and more guilt piled onto Tech.

"Cause I can't do anything." Wrecker said. He sounded close to tears. "I'm not smart like you. If I could help Omega by blowin' things up, or taking apart a bomb, or punching something, I would. But I can't."

"Then you understand that my work is of the utmost importance." Tech said. "I am the only one who can find her."

"Maybe." Wrecker said. "The Rebellion still might find somethin' out. But Tech, what would Omega say if she saw you doing this yourself?"

Tech knew exactly how she would react. Her eyes would go wide. He could hear her voice.

"Tech!" She would say.

And it would be all she needed to say.

"I miss her." Tech said.

"Me too." Wrecker said.

Tech became aware of Taja looking between them.

"If I may," She said. "I understand what you are going through. You hurt, you are angry. You feel that the hole in your heart will never be filled."

Tech blinked at her astute description of how he was feeling. Taja looked at him.

"It will not be this painful forever." She said. "But regardless, your sister is alive. There is hope."

"Yeah!" Wrecker said. "We're gonna find her and we're gonna bring her home, okay?"

Tech looked between Taja and Wrecker. For once, he felt no urge to contradict Wrecker or point out the probability.

"Okay." He said.

"I must go." Taja said. "Admani and I have our meeting."

Tech nodded to her. She smiled back. He liked it when she smiled.

"So, is she your girlfriend?" Wrecker whispered as Taja disappeared around a corner.

Tech frowned.

"That is not the nature of our relationship." He said.

Wrecker grinned in a way that Tech was not fond of.

"Uh huh." Wrecker said.

Tech shook his head.

Romance and partners were never something that Tech had considered. They were clones bred to fight a war. The things that other beings considered natural were not options for them. Even now, Tech had far more pressing matters than whether or not he had a partner. It was even difficult for him to conceptualize.

Though, when it came to potential mates, he could do far worse. She was pleasing to the eye, even with her disfigurement. Perhaps more so because of it. She stood with pride, as if challenging others to mention it.

He found her coloring aesthetically pleasing and her eyes striking. She was intelligent, worked well with him, and also seemed to understand how Tech's mind worked. And she cared about him, for whatever reason.

No, he doubted he could do better when it came to a possible partner.

He doubted she felt the same way. It was one thing to help him with his troubles and to be a good mission partner. It was quite another to consider Tech in a romantic light. Tech had no data on how partners he found attractive reacted to him. But he had a feeling that any testing would not end with the results he wanted.

✨️Spoilers below the cut✨️ (I'm looking at my one specific friend who hasn't made it to the Bad Batch yet. They do follow me 🙃)

I'm thinking about making another playlist for Tech. But this one is a funeral playlist, ya know cause no body and all but he still deserves one. Amywho I was thinking that if I make it I share the link on here but the link so others can add a song cause I think it'd be a nice community thing.

Tech girlies. I have a question.

If you had to assign Tech a gemstone, what would it be? And if you'd like to give a reason why, feel free to do so.

I just want to see the general consensus or what's collectively agreed upon.

Have a Tech screenshot for your time ❤️

Need part two but don’t like the joke about giving her back (if omega heard/saw that I would feel like I am unwanted so hopefully that’s cleared up and not joked about especially since she’s a abused teenager who doesn’t need her older brothers talking about taking her back!).

Sorry I love Omega and she’s also been through hell! Every other clone got to be with at least one of their brothers but NOT Omega unfortunately....she was tested on the whole time and most importantly always alone and never allowed to be with her brothers! It’s actually pretty heartbreaking if you ask me!

Can’t wait to read part two though I’m just very protective of her because of the HELL she’s been through ALL alone and no love or support in the slightest!

This two-parter is once again deticated to the wonderful modern batch art of @transformersluna

I will soon be posting these on Archive of our own but I have to wait on that little mail thingy.

Ps: english is not my first language so please dont be too disappointed in my writing but I wanted as many people as possible to be able to read what I write.

TBB-Part of growing up (Part 1)

Clutching the steering wheel tightly with his white knuckled hands, he parked on the side of the road leading to the house of Omega's friend Hera. The two met after Omega's prolonged period of isolation at school and soon became inseparable. So it was no surprise that Hera, who was throwing a big party (supervised, of course) for her 15th birthday, made Omega her special festivities coordinator.

When Hunter dropped her off there that afternoon, he promised to pick her up again, no later than 9 p.m. Rolling her eyes and pointing out that she wasn't a baby anymore that needed constant supervision, they finally agreed on 9:30 p.m. Wide victory smile, she skipped up the stairs to Hera's house and fell into her friend's arms on the porch. Hera's father behind them putting up garlands and fairy lights on the porch roof. He waved at Hunter with a friendly smile, and of course Hunter returned the gesture. And with another wave from Omega, he started the car and drove back home. Biting his lips, he thought of her last words.

-Hunter I'm not a baby anymore-

Something strange twisted in his chest at those words, accompanied by the usual turmoil of guilt. If only they had taken her out of Nala Se's poisonous hands sooner. He refused to call her a mother for what she did to each of them. But that was all over now, and Tech had already told him at least 100 times that, technically, since he didn't know about Omega at all until, she was 9 years old, it wasn't his fault.

However, after they learned of her existence, the top priority was to get her out of the abusive household of Nala Se as soon as possible. This turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated. A long uphill battle that Hunter and his brothers fortunately won. Omega had had to overcome a lot since then. But she had always been able to count on each of them. All Hunter ever wished for her was that she could have a normal childhood and grow up protected. Only, unfortunately, she didn’t have a chance to start that sooner. Bittersweet. He knew everything was better now.

He heard someone shouting behind him and stared into the rearview mirror. A shock of blond hair crept up to the side of the blue work truck. Turning around she waved once more and then reached for the driver's door.

''You're late.'' he sighed, eyebrows raised.

''Just-'' she turned her left wrist ''15 minutes. Sorry,'' she hissed. The apology only half-serious and delivered in a Chrosshair eske tone. He didn't even had to look at his sister, her eye roll almost audible. Defiance graced her face. He shook his head. She seemed to be downright looking for trouble with her brothers lately. Hunter remembered that teenage years were unpleasant but staying calm about a behavior he wouldn't let any of his brothers get away with was particularly challenging. Cross, to everyone's surprise, seemed to be the best at dealing with it. Showed her patience and understanding when no one else had any left. Hunter envied him for that.

Eventually it all would pass, Echo had said, and he clung tightly to that. Swallowing, he turned his head toward her.

''How was it?" he tried to start again.

''Great-'' Her voice sounded dishonest and pressed but for some reason Omega tried to fool him with a smile. She slid down in the passenger seat and leaned her head against the window. -not a good sign- Her features twitched whenever a streetlight illuminated her face. At the next traffic light, he eyed her more closely. Her nose was slightly red, her eyes glassy and dull. An outsider would probably not have noticed this, but Hunter knew better. No something was definetly up. -Was that why she was late?-

''You want to tell me what's going on?’’ His free hand reached for hers but she was faster and quickly slipped it into her jacket pocket. A sting to his heart. ''No. I just want to go home.'' A mixture of exasperation and anger. He pressed his lips together and nodded. With the radio murmuring softly in the background, he began to think.

Was it time for her monthly thing again? He thought back - A quick math break later established not for another two weeks or so- that couldn’t be it then. He cast her a suspicious look out of the corner of his right eye. When that became an issue some time ago, he was very grateful that Tech had taken over that particular conversation. He was very nonchalant and matter of fact about these kinds of situations and everyone, including Omega, appreciated that.

Something seemed to slide heavily into his stomach. He swallowed hard against it. What if someone tried to make advances on her? What if she tried to fight back? He kept hearing on the news that all kinds of things like that happened to young women. Why had he let her go to that stupid party? He growled.

''Hunter- I think Wrecker would prefer if you leave the steering wheel in the car.'' Omega turned to him with a startled look. He looked at his cramped hands which seemed to have parked the car by themselves in front of their house. Unease shook him to his very core. Something seemed to snap behind his pupils.

''We're going to talk about this now.'' his voice almost shouting in the standing car. She put on a pouty face. Her specialty. ''It can't go on like this. We're all not going to take this much longer, and you know that very well.'' Any bottled-up frustration seemed to spill out of him all at once. He knew it wasn't fair to take it out on someone half his age but he couldn't help himself. Maybe a good scolding would finally get her to open up. Heart hammering in his chest, he turned in the seat with his whole body facing her. He saw her blink heavily, heard a gulp and immediately regretted what he was doing. ''Omega-'' he started softly. But it was already too late.

She fled out the door, huffing and sniffling, and slammed the car shut with way more force than needed. He jumped out of the truck and tried to catch up with her. But she was faster. Without taking off her shoes or petting Gonky, she trudged loudly up the stairs to her room.

''Hello?’’ Echo's voice faded from the left side of the house cut off by the slamming of the upper bathroom door.

"LEAVE the house alone, will Ya?" Hunter called after her. He heard something muffled yelling back at him but for everyone’s sake he ignored it.

Hunter's footsteps came to a stop at the bottom of the stairs. The squeak from the upper floors attic stairs announced her withdrawal. With another heavy sigh, he sat down on the steps and began to take off his shoes. The little Cat coming closer. Her green eyes sparkling. She meowed softly. ''Hey Gonky-" he stretched his hand further out. ,,Don’t worry. I didn’t forget about you.'' the little grey cat pressed her head affectionately against his shin. He nuzzled the back of her neck with his fingertips. Purring loudly, he lifted her in his arms and went into the living room to join his brothers.

"Well, that didn't seem to go over nicely." Tech chided. His eyes fixated on Hunters expression. He shrugged his shoulders, sitting down beside him. Gonky still in his arms.

"Seems to be her new usual if you ask me." He stared at the TV, not realizing it was turned off. "I cant seem to get through to her." He lowered his eyes on the cat. His breath hitched. "I yelled at her."

Wrecker gasped, Echo and Techs expressions remained neutral patiently waiting for him to continue with his confession. "And Echo before you try to lecture me- I know I shouldn't have. But I tried to guilt trip her to telling me what her problem with us is." The little cat massaged his chest with tandem movements. A short silence with muffled sounds above them followed.

Ever the observant one, Tech said "You shouldn't take hormonal imbalances evoked by adolescence too personal Hunter." His tone offering neither solace nor rebuke. He picked his crossword puzzle back up and scribbled a word into the white squares. Echo leaned forward, facing him. "She'll come around. She always does." He had a reassuring smile to offer, and Hunter took it gladly. His brother was right. He knew that. Even after a particularly bad mood swing, she still searched the company of her brothers. But Hunter couldn't shake the feeling that this was different. He anticipated the worst.

Trying not to startle Gonky he fumbled in his back pocket for his cell. Message from Cross bright on his screen. A gif from their conversation earlier. Too bad he worked night shifts. He could have needed his youngest brother right now. Hunter clicked the icon and typed.

Is it too late to give her back?

Seconds later, a speech bubble appeared. Three smiley faces with tears of laughter.

Fire station? Give me 15 minutes tops. Every word pinched with sarcasm.

Don’t be late. He jokingly wrote and added a scrouchy face for good measure. Clearly trying to overshadow his own insecurities he felt when it came to her parentage. Damn he loved his little sister, but she could push him to his limits, that was for sure. Cross typing again, Hunter hoped it would be something beneficial. But because it was Crosshair he was talking to; he knew it wouldn’t be.

Don't bash your heads in until I get back. I have to hold the camera after all. A gif of a monkey cartoon character swinging his wooden bat. Have to work now. Fucking nighttime walk-throughs.

Huffing he clicked the power button of his cell. Gonky slowly awoke from her tandem movements and began to creep across Hunter's lap between Tech and his crossword puzzle, which he had since finished. They heard heavy footsteps again, complemented by the crashing sound of glass and a loud drawn-out groan. What had gotten into her? Before the party she had seemed ok. Fine even, more than usual in the recent weeks.

His pulse raced as he rose from the couch. Tech pushed Gonky off his lap. ''I'll be right behind you.'' Hunter held him back with one hand and shook his head. No. he had to fix this on his own. To make her feel better about what the hell was bothering her. Starting now.

Love this

What The Bad Batch Members are to Omega:

Hunter - Dad

Echo - also Dad. The one she goes to when she knows Hunter will say 'No'.

Wrecker - cool big bro :D strong and funny!!!

Tech - the nerd uncle

(Crosshair - the one semi-racist uncle who has stress with the family and no one wants to invite him to family events anymore)

What Omega is to the boys:

Hunter - Daughter. No one touches her. Would do everything for her.

Echo - Guess I raise this kid now? There there nO DON'T TOUCH THAT

Wrecker - the lil sis he always wanted. Can carry her around but it's probably her who tells him goodnight stories

Tech - Hunter said she's with us now so that's okay with me??? There are no disadvantages we gain from that so yeah that's fine?? She's smart though

(Crosshair - LiTtLe BrAt )

Another great Fanfiction surrounding Omega (my favorite and favorite duo is Crosshair and Omega) :)

Autumn Leaves

Chapter 1: The Nature Book

Chapter 2: (coming soon!)

Read on AO3! or under the cut!

Summary: When they land on a planet in the middle of it’s fall season, Omega is excited to see the colourful forest for the first time.

Or some fall themed fluff centered on Omega and the Bad Batch!

Warnings: No warnings, really. Just a lot of fluff.

Word Count: 2, 237

“We have arrived.” Tech said as he lowered the Havoc Marauder onto the planet’s surface.

Omega heard his words from the hold where she had been sitting beside Crosshair while he disassembled and cleaned his rifle. She could feel the landing gear hit the ground, softly rocking the ship as Tech landed it.

She immediately sprung to her feet, buzzing with the anticipation of seeing another new planet. She heard Crosshair shifting behind her as she rushed to the cockpit.

They’d gotten into a firefight while on a job for Cid and Tech had told them that their engine was too damaged to make it back to Ord Mantell. So they had to make a quick stop for repairs.

Omega had to push her way past Wrecker’s hulking frame in one of the back seats to get a clear view of the cockpit. When she did, she stopped in awe.

Could not NOT share this as I love both these and I do the Stitch voice for others lol. Plus, Crosshair and Omega are my favorite characters in tbb

*The Bad Batch watching Lilo and Stitch*

"Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind... or forgotten."

Crosshair: *glares at Hunter*

Hunter: It happened one time-

Crosshair: Three kriffing times.

Hunter: Well, you're here now, aren't you?

Crosshair:

Crosshair: Stitch would be fucking disappointed in you.

Hunter: Stop swearing in front of Omega.

I’ve read this one multiple times already! ESPECIALLY since there is a couple Crosshair and Omega moments (and not just barely there moment or whatever...people do NOT write much with these two...find more smut ones with OC than I do with anything involving these two at all) which made me SO karking happy 😃!!!

I can only find this chapter and not the rest to reread another time lol!!!! Thank you so much for these precious moments AND for Omega being FORCE SENSITIVE (want both SO KARKING badly lol). Loved how happy and proud Crosshair was of Omega and her love of weapons (she gets it from him obviously hehe).

The Bad Batch: Soft Universe

Chapter 6 - Medic.

A large amount of time and rest had passed throughout the ship along with a large conversation that was hosted by the brothers about Omega's apparent force abilities. They had all simultaneously agreed to try and test this out whilst Tech tinkered with AZI in the back during the early hours of the morning.

"Any luck?" Crosshair spoke, staring at Tech who had laid himself against the floor who was currently fiddling with several wires that fell from the droid Omega adored so much.

"Some." He mumbled in response, "I'll be able to access hidden records with a little more time but to fully awaken him I'm going to need weeks." Wrecker soon turned toward the conversation, a little worried about what they  may find in her hidden records. He knew they had no choice and Omega was fine with it but still - he wasn't looking forward to finding out how they experimented on her.

"Will you be getting that info today?" He asked, Crosshair turning to him with a sigh. Truth be told, they were all worried. Tech grinned as an excited 'aha!' left his lips, standing in the process.

"Yes." He confirmed as a blue hologram filled with various loads of writing and numbers appeared before them. "Hunter, Echo - You're going to want to see this." The other two brothers approached, all simultaneously crowding over the droid. Tech browsed through muttering the words under his breath.

"What's it talking about?" Wrecker exclaimed, a little Impatient but almost too afraid to ask. Tech typed a little something before turning to face his brothers.

"She is force - sensitive and they know it worked." Tech took a breath in, "They lied to her and said it didn't work because the force became too powerful with her - they were afraid and kept testing on her. The misery she kept going through kept her from connecting with the force as she had to have a relaxed state of mind and they never allowed that to happen. However, now she's with us the force has finally been re-connecting with her and what happened yesterday was it finally making itself known to her." His rant finally ended as her brothers shared various shocked and even confused ones.

"She's a jedi?" Echo questioned, rubbing his head. Nothing was ever Simple for this small family but they wouldn't have it any other way.

"No." Tech scrolled through the text a little more, "The force didn't come to her naturally, she brought it to herself - well Kamino did. This results in her just being a force user, not a jedi." They all just remained in Silence whilst Echo re-lived all of the moments he spent along jedi.

"Won't she need appropriate training?" His question made Hunter sigh a little.

"None of us are exactly qualified to train her with the force."  He drew a sharp breath inward as he ran his finger tips through his strands of longer hair. "Blasters are no Problem, but the force?" He just shook his head as Wrecker piped up.

"Does she even need training?" Tech growled in anger as the screen ALI was displaying suddenly sparked and cut out rather drastically, flinching a little at the light.

"Damn droids." Grabbing his data pad he hummed as he typed a little more, rapidly tapping at the screen with a sigh, grateful that he backed up the medical records onto his datapad prior to it working. "Omega will need to be provided with some sort of training to control it, otherwise she may fall toward what they refer to as the 'dark side of the force.' This means she may end up with the Empire if fuelled by anger."

"The Empire?" Hunter snarled at Tech, "How could you even suggest that she would betray us like that?"

"You thought I did." Crosshair interjected with a glare, his arms crossed whilst chewing against his toothpick.

"That's because you did." Hunter Snapped back, pushing against his chest. Echo soon pulled Hunter away from him, Signalling for Wrecker to Stand between them.

"There currently Isn't anything to worry about, from my research she's very clearly Strong with the light side of the 'Force', which is our side." Echo noticed the sigh of relief with a mumbled apology for Crosshair who just nodded in response.

"Hunter?" Omega's voice appeared behind them which featured a light gown. "Is everything okay?" The constant hum of the Havoc Marauder could be heard as the hushed shouts and bundles of Spoken Information had been hushed. "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah kid!" He smiled toward her, "We're just talking about your enhanced skill."

"You are?" All of that Sleepiness left her voice as she rushed over to her brothers who couldn't help but Smile at their little force wielder. "What about it?"

"We're beginning to discuss your training regiment." Tech Spoke, adjusting his goggles a little. "Your new abilities need to continue to be Controlled as you're their wielder." She stood in thought for a moment before gazing back up toward him.

"Who's gonna train me?" The members of the batch exchanged Various gazes toward one another, unsure who it would be.  "And how am I supposed to train? A blaster wouldn't work would it?" Crosshair just smirked at her enthusiasm for weapons, she definitely got that from him.

"Echo would train you as he's been with more force-sensitive People then we have and you'd train with your mind, not just your blaster." She pouted a little before Crosshair rolled his eyes, blasters would always be better to him.

"With my mind?" She was confused but very optimistic regardless. All of this felt new to her as any previous training within Nala Se's lab remained repressed in her mind, locked away and definitely not being released any time soon. " How am I supposed to do that?" Echo just chuckled at her, ruffling her hair through her moment of confusion and wonder.

"Don't worry, kid." Echo remembered what the basics were through overhearing and learning about their abilities from others. He knew that She'd be able to expand her skillset alone without any further training after he helped her nail the basics. "You'll do great and I'll teach you as much as I can alright?" Echo's words alone brought a smile to her face before the ship's control panel began to beep, Tech rushing over to approve the signal with Cid shortly appearing on a hologram.

"Cid?" Wrecker asked as they all made their way around the message. "Fancy meeting you here!" Everybody heard her sigh before seriousness coated her voice.

"Listen up, I know you can't come back to Ord Mantell for a while because of the kid and that's alright- but I have a mission for you all if you're willing to accept." Everybody's eyes soon turned toward Hunter, they knew he was the one who picked if we were to accept a mission or not.

"What've you got?" He replied curiosity leaking out of his voice, moving closer toward the hologram with his arms still folded against him.

"I need you guys to go to Geonosis to grab a droid and take it into your care for a while until you can return it to me at Ord Mantell." Ci'd smiled before waving a box of credits toward them all. "And this will all be yours - don't worry I'll keep it Safe."

"A droid?" Tech hummed, "What's it doing at Geonosis?" she sighed, snarling her voice a little, shaking her head.

"Shut your mouth goggles, I thought I told you not to ask any questions? Just go and get the droid and then you'll get your credits. I'll send you all the information." With that, the hologram disappeared and they were left in rather confused silence.

"Why did she send us on a mission to just collect a droid?" Echo asked, pretty annoyed.

"I'm not sure, but it seemed worth the credits offered." Hunter replied, running his fingers through his hair. "We're desperate so at least it's simple enough." A beep echoed throughout the attack shuttle, Techs datapad lit up at the information received.

"Okay I have the coordinates, shall we get this over with?" He mumbled, tapping away and examining the map. "This will truly be thrilling." His voice dripped with sarcasm as he requested everybody to take their assigned seats with Hunter next to him.

"Alright, let's go then." He hummed, rapidly typing in the hyperspace coordinates before the stars became blurred - one of Omega's favourite things to see. The universe was fascinating to her and it always would be. Being trapped on Kamino in a small lab, she never had the luxury of exploring the universe around her until now with her brothers - any mission to her was a welcome one.

"So what's the plan?" Omega asked, gazing toward Hunter who always controlled that aspect.

"We're going to go into the cave system quickly and quietly. Tech I want you to focus on the map and keep us guided. Wrecker, you need to keep our path clear. Echo and Crosshair I want you to stick with me in case we get any unwelcome visitors." His plan was light and cleared the simple mission they were believed to be going on, knowingly arriving soon.

"But what's my job?" She asked, worried she'd have to stay back on the ship again.

"You?" Hunter smiled, "You're our Medic."

First off, this is great and hilarious and filled my heart with happiness because you ADDED Crosshair in it and a quick interaction with him and Omega (they are my favorite characters and pairing for the brothers and sister).

Hi, I just wanted to say I posed my first Bad Batch fanfiction. It’s a one shot that is Tech centric. It’s posted on ao3 so I’ll drop the link to it if anybody would like to read it :)

Wow this gave me chills! I absolutely LOVE Crosshair and Omega, both characters especially as a pairing are my favorite SW characters besides Grogu and Ahsoka Tano! The person who did this is AMAZING and hope they have one for each of the bad batchers (including Omega of course)!!! Not sure how to look lol.

"The Bad Batch | Crosshair"

Probably one of the best edits I've seen.

Isn’t Omega so intuitive and I feel like her enhancement (or enhancements since there is something incredibly important and special about her) has something to do with it. I also hope she is a force enhanced clone! Just me though lol 😂.

Someone please please please help me!!!! I cannot find barely anywhere (especially any that aren’t just a one shot) Fanfictions for Crosshair AND Omega. I’m looking for mainly ones that have just the characters from SW/TBB, not ones where the reader can insert themselves/make up the character(s) for themselves. If that makes sense at all (have TBI, traumatic brain injury and my sentences and words don’t always come out right/make the best sense).

I’ve read most on both Archive Of Our Own and FanFiction.Net is there anywhere else to find any? Or anyone that is currently working on any and/or finished work, etc :).

Apparently, I must be in a category mainly on my own with NEEDING these two and not getting enough of them. I’m SOOOO heartbroken over the finale! I don’t know why I’m so in love with these two characters and especially their dynamic together!!!!

Thank you so very very much in advance and if you are a big SW fan I would love to follow you! Always looking for pictures, Fanfictions, etc on this fandom especially for The Mandalorian and The Bad Batch!!! 🙏💜🧡💛💚😬🥺😍😻

All I’m going to say is- I’m not mad at anybody this episode.

I think everybody had the right to do what they did, and this is coming from a huge Hunter stan.

The batch gave Crosshair the chance, I don’t want people to forget that, I know they weren’t persistent, but it still happened, they still offered him the chance to join them, for them to be whole again.

But Cross didn’t want that- or at least he thinks he doesn’t want that, but right now there’s nothing he can do, if his chip is still intact (which I believe it is from the lack of scar and the holding his head) then he still believes in loyalty to the empire! He can’t help it, but that’s what he chose. Equally the batch can’t do anything about that right now, in order to keep one another safe, they can’t wait around for scouts to find them.

Stunning Crosshair would’ve taken away his right to his own choice, that would’ve caused more issues than necessary.

Hunter is still doing what is best for his squad, and we need to take Wrecker and Tech into this too. They have every right to be hurt. I’ve never thought about it this way, but they’re right, I know the batch didn’t go back for Cross (and I’m still mad at them for it), but Cross didn’t seek them out either, and he probably had the resources to do so more than they did!

I just- I don’t want to see slander towards any of them. They all have their reasonings right now. It sucks that they’re not together again, but it’s going to set up for an amazing season 2, I know it will. Hunter is protecting who he can, he gave Crosshair the choice to be one of those people, Crosshair declined. That isn’t Hunter’s fault.

Equally it isn’t Cross’s fault, with how he’s been treated I don’t blame him, but it’s not Hunter’s fault, and I don’t want to see any backlash towards either of them.

All I’m Going To Say Is- I’m Not Mad At Anybody This Episode.

I've finally finished the art from the Winx x TBB series. The idea of this kind of crossover arose precisely because of Tech's sacrifice at the end of the second season. He sacrificed himself for someone from his world, and if they were in the world of Winx and if he were a fairy, he would definitely have received his highest form. The Wrecker in the form of Flora can be seen here.

Apparently, a break of several years in the preparation of pies is affecting, because it turned out like this. Next time I'll try to make the filling in a different way. As for the taste, it's generally not bad, as far as I'm concerned.

By the way, the cooled filling does not fall out as in the photo, so I think the experiment was a success by 70-80 percent.

The two-year anniversary of his death will be at least three to four days away. Tech, I dedicate this to you. A pie codenamed "Brown Eyes".

Dough:

Mix 400-450 grams of flour with 7 grams of yeast and one teaspoon of salt;

Melt 95 grams of butter over low heat;

Heat the milk (250 milliliters) in the microwave for a minute or one and a half;

Add one chicken egg together with butter to one container with milk and stir;

Add to the dry ingredients;

Mix until smooth and leave for an hour under a cloth.;

We lubricate the baking sheet with oil and put the dough on it;

Add the apples and sprinkle them with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.;

Add one sliced orange, three sliced bananas and forty grams of raisins;

Roll out the second piece of dough and put it on top;

We lubricate the top with oil and send it to the oven for forty minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

I associate all these ingredients with Tech in one way or another. Cinnamon, because he's a cinnamon bun. Apples, because apple pie is generally good with cinnamon and many add it to charlotte. Raisins are generally rich in B vitamins, lowers blood pressure, strengthens the heart, improves sleep, supports healthy sleep, gives a boost of energy, and I think Tech loved these kinds of dried fruits. Bananas and oranges are tropical fruits, and I think it's understandable why I decided to add them to a pie named after Brown Eyes.

If there were more tropical fruits with cinnamon and apples, the name would be TechPhee.

In memory of our boy, I think we can experiment. Since it's a little late at the moment, I'll share my impressions of this culinary experiment tomorrow.

The Two-year Anniversary Of His Death Will Be At Least Three To Four Days Away. Tech, I Dedicate This

Rest in peace, Brown Eyes!
