Horrible, I came back here after neglecting my Tumblr for a very long time to post my OCs that I made into TES OCs and gave lore to.

Rutt was born in Windhelm to a Nord father and an Imperial mother. She’s a rather rare occurrence of a child being the same race as their father over their mother. She has two older Imperial siblings - an (currently unnamed) older brother who’s a necromancer after dropping out of the College of Winterhold and an (currently unnamed) older sister who’s a former witch and current hagraven. Most of her youth was spent fighting with racist Nords up until she met a young Dunmer alchemist named Irarver Sadoia, whom she fell in love with. Rutt wooed him by offering to go out of the city to collect ingredients for him personally. Sadly, whatever relationship the two would have was short lived when Rutt came back to the city to deliver her ingredients to find Irarver had been killed by an aggressively racist Nord. Rutt was basically driven mad at that point, since Irarver was the only person in the city she had a strong connection to. She disregarded her Nord heritage and abandoned the Nines after this point, delving more into Dunmeri culture as well as beginning to worship the Reclamations. Rutt ran from Windhelm after ‘dealing with’ the Nord that killed Irarver and became a barbarian mercenary who knows a bit about alchemy - at least until she met Helnoore.

Helnoore was born in Skywatch on the Summerset Isles, where she was middle child of her family. Her family didn’t even think she was worth grooming to be a Thalmor soldier and were planning to marry her off to some other aristocrat. Helnoore wouldn’t stand for this, being rebellious and chaotic. She falsified documents that her family was against the Thalmor and took passage off the Isles to Elsweyr where she was helped up to Cyrodiil by her uncle, Angamar. Helnoore after that point took an interest in her innate magic abilities and join the Mages Guild, but she would not last long as Helnoore had a penchant illegal magic (mainly levitation magic). She decided to also get some training in the blade, mostly daggers since she got her training from her uncle who was surprisingly well versed using smaller blades. Helnoore took to the roads as a spellsword, with some sociopathic tendencies. She met Rutt after pretending to be a Thalmor Soldier and killing the entire squadron she was with for a laugh.

Talaes Buckingor is a young and naive Breton from Bruma who is an only child to a Breton mother and Bosmer father. Talaes remembers her childhood as a seemingly non noteworthy, the young half breed had a little bit of hard time with some locals because of accusations at her Bosmer father but other than that the young girl had little problems. Her father wanted his daughter to have some connection to her heritage so he taught her to hunt, specifically with a bow. As grew up, Talaes desired to see the world outside of Bruma but it wouldn’t be until she reached her late teens to leave on her own. She decided to travel up towards Skyrim where Rutt and Helnoore saved her from bandits.

Do’shra was born on the border of Elsweyr and Cyrodiil, her mother shortly dying after her birth. Do’shra was immediately taken in by the family caravan of Khajiits her mother was a hired warrior for hence her Khajiiti name and her tendency to use the Khajiiti language and mannerisms. She would grow up among the caravan as the family traveled from a few different provinces to sell their wares. As she aged, she immediately knew she was different from her Khajiiti parents and siblings even if they treated her much like a Khajiiti. As she got older her family confessed about what happened to her mother though it made her respect her adoptive family more. She decided she would take on the role her mother had in the caravan, deciding to live up to her name. In spite of this, when she got older her caravan family urged her to rediscover her Orsimer heritage and let her leave the caravan for a while. Do’shra discovered she did not have much in common with other Orcs and instead became a knight instead who often raided bandit dens for nearby cities. She would inevitably meet up with Rutt, Helnoore, and Talaes when the three and her incidentally decided to clear out the same necromancer den.

Some Dunmer men including Irarver Sadoia from Rutt's backstory, Avisi Indarys (the latest on Cheydinhal's Indarys family at least on my own canon and of course a Knight of the Thorns (but he also calls himself a 'Mageknight of the Thorns' like an idiot), and Dram but this is not /the/ Dram from Redguard but rather I found some out of game text (though it's also probably not canon but I like the idea of it) that the Morag Tong has clones of him and the one in the poc is my take on a 4th Era simulacrum of him (I keep accidental making his belt black instead of brown unintentionally 😭)

I don't think I'm going to do anything with any of these sketches (because I got a better composition idea for my goal), but maybe they're worth posting as-is

It's always a little awkward when people see my obsession with TES and then assume that I'm going to like whatever fantasy franchise they recommend to me just as much.

Because, you know, my favorite elements of TES are the ones it DOESN'T have in common with most other media products in the genre.

Also remember how many imperial soldiers weren't properly buried (like those poor guys in local dwemer ruins) → got caught in N'Gasta's soul snare as well. Oh no I don't think anyone in the capital would approve of that. Richton is such a scumbag when you think about it...

Dagoth Uthol - The Ruler of Kogoruhn, called "Aphotic Contriver" and "Ash Marshal". Martial arts, tactics, and strategy are his primary focus. Teacher of venom blooded lessons, he made diamoncut warriors forged for conquest, but not changing, only improving their form and skills. Impeccable in conduct and mindful of ceremony. His deeds prove that the Dunmer are perfect and do not need miracles to gain power, only conditions and the appropriate attitude. Ordered for a special reconnaissance mission from Tiber Septim himself; Dram tries to adjust to Morrowind's blistering summer heat, as well as its fashion as he blends in with the locals! >:3

So I have no idea why, but for some reason I suddenly had no idea how to shade, or color?? XDD so it looks pretty awful to me, I feel like its just as bad as that Teldryn Sero picture I made earlier this year!

Still, I worked hard on it and I tried a few new things, and anything I try that's new, even if I think it looks awful I'm going to post! Progress and all that :p It was fun drawing Dram!

So, I'm very insecure with writing for some reason (never know where to finish) and because of that the entire story of this OC is just some ideas in my head I usually share in DMs with anyone who's interested. If you want, I'll gladly tell everything you wish to know in this way. Or I'll just start posting about her on this blog if I stop being so socially scared... Or do some big epic illustrations for these texts (both of which is kind of unlikely 😭)

But for now, have some very rough sketches and facts for the mood:

She had an Argonian bestie when she was a kid at Chorrol but sadly that girl's dad was VERY traumatised by decades spent as a House Dres slave. And Colo-Nordic society she was surrounded with wasn't much kinder to her race.

Fortunately, one day she stumbled upon another Dunmer who didn't deserve all that hatred. He was a friend of that amazing Emperor who had saved her city from the invaders when she was ten years old, so he couldn't be bad like those violent Dunmer who ruined their race's reputation!

(also that dumbass made herself an ordinator scarf for the first date thinking it will make Dram nostalgic. It made him remember how those ordinators killed and almost tortured him 😭 (yeah, exactly in that order))

The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard release day \quq/ and so, we did a lil collab with @cerviero <3 I missed drawing that dragon

Today is The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard release day!

⠀⠀The game came with a Pocket Guide to the Empire that confirmed the most iconic elements of TES lore, as well as the only official comic book, the cover of which I decided to redraw with the first full-fledged dunmer of the series (sorry, dark elves from the previous games, you didn't have cool pet bugs and ash masks).

They are almost the same height, but Cyrus is taller by just a few centimetres

Lord of Odrosal, called "Guide of a Thousand Eyes" and "Vector Prophet of Allegories". He is the first to remind the children of Resdayn of their higher purpose and holds the keys to their destiny, opening the way for Truth into their dreams, after which they in turn find the way to Dagoth Ur. His inquisitive and diplomatic mind allows him to refine our consciousnesses in the same way that the energy-bearing hearts refine our bodies. To the best of the best, he passes on his knowledge of the art of sleepwalking, which he himself uses with a skill comparable only to that of Dagoth Ur himself.

Having lost his face and sight, Dagoth Odros gained the ability to see the Heart Lines, as well as observe the world through the half-slumber of the eyes of the Sleepers.
