A/N: what does it mean about me that the robots are substantially easier to draw than the animal guys. I'm not even good at robots I'm just that much worse at hedgehogs I think
Omega looks to his side and spins his gun hand as he continues "However my destruction has surpassed yours at fourty-three" The robot he's sitting on twitches its head to the side and starts sparking
A bright green "CHAOS SPEAR" comes from out of frame to destroy the head of the twitching robot, much to omega's surprise A/N: I don't think omega would actually react that much I just wanted to draw something slightly different for this panel for no good reason lol
Shadow holds up a single smoking finger as he looks forwards with a haughty expression. "Fourty-three" A/N: I hate drawing him from the front, drawing shadow from the front is the mind killer, drawing a hedgehog from the front is the little death that brings total obliteration
Omega and shadow are drawn as simple headshots facing each other. Omega: "Error: Invalid count. This unit was already offline. Shadow: "It was twitching"
Omega responds, pulling up his left hand to reveal it's clutched around a sparking circuit board with red wires attaching it to the now thoroughly destroyed robot. "It was twitching because my hand is EMBEDDED WITHIN ITS CENTRAL PROCESSING MODULE" A/N: my friend congratulated me on making this panel successfully look like omega had ripped an actual bleeding heart out of this robot, and here is where I admit that was actually unintentional (I just thought red circuit boards would match the vibe more as;ldfjk)

They seem like the kind of guys who would keep count

Bonus:

2 panels showing the final scene in dark beginnings with the GUN ship crashing into flaming refuse. As it crashes shadow teleports out and starts dramatically walking away while Omega watches the explosion A/N: I love messy chalk doodles, the colors always turn out so nice. that said I drew this at like 2am and am now realizing it is pretty dang dark lmaO - slapped an overlay filter there for now might fix it better when I'm not at work
As shadow walks out of frame Omega points to the now smoldering wreckage of the former GUN ship and yells out "THAT STILL ONLY COUNTS AS ONE!"
