hi i'm playing titanfall 2 and. thinking
how much do we know about the titan links? like. obviously the jump kit helps titans monitor their pilots as well, but also. how does the pilot experience the link? do they panic when they get separated from their titan for too long?
im. honestly thinking about the area where you're trying to get the uplink module, and bt can't follow, so jack is on his own. how much did he panic when he couldn't call to bt for help? did being so far away from bt, without fire support, but also without his titan, freak him out? is the relief and comfort a pilot feels upon getting back to their titan not just one out of knowing they're safer, but also from knowing that they're back with their titan?
also when he was scanning the ark energy signature! looking back through the explosion, frozen in time, only to see bt frozen as well, unable to speak or reach out to him. i can only imagine how uneasy jack might have felt.
i'm almost done with it and. idk!! i feel like there's a lot of potential in how cooper might've adjusted and become to understand the link from his perspective, not just bt's. once i'm done i'll probably poke around on wikis some more and see for myself how much we know.
