What she actually says here is "şu sebepten şu nedenden diye düşünmedim hiç. Nedenler ortadan kalkınca sevgim de kaybolur diye korktum belki de." The automatic translation is "For this reason... I never thought about it for that reason. When the reasons disappear... maybe I was afraid my love would vanish too." Which sounds wrong and doesn't make much sense, so I changed the translation a bit. In the first line she says 'for this reason or because of this (any thing he could've done/said). second line - nedenler can be used in different occasions. since she said reasons in the first line it would've made sense to use reasons again but then it wouldn't have had made sense. So I used 'thoughts' instead.
Again what she says here is "Bilmiyorum işte. Sormadım kendime hiç bu soruyu." The translation for this was/is "I don't know. I never asked myself any questions." soruyu - is only referred to one question, it's singular. That's why my translation would make more sense. (And if anyone didn't got this, she refers to the question why she loves Kadir).
She actually says "Sen benim ruhumda hep vardın." The translation what got used is "You were always in my soul." But it sounded kinda weird to me so I used heart instead because in the turkish language you can use both heart and soul when you use 'ruhum'.
