Nah Katsuki made Izuku confess to Ochako bc he wanted him yo be happy and thought he deserves better, better than himself. Izuku and Ochako dates for a while but since both of them always just tries to be nice, after some time they start to understand they don't have romantic chemistry.

Ochako understand this first and then she will realise how Katsuki and Izuku feels to each other, she's gonna help Izuku to understand all of this bc my boi is always the oblivious one.

The art seems a bit off, things seem pretty inconsistent, apparently Jiro's ear is just back somehow, and the style just look a bit different, not like the last chapters.
