As you helpfully pointed out in your email, you do not have to have an aviation-specific cutiemark to be considered for one of our pilot positions as per the employment discrimination protections in Talent and Destiny by Princess Twilight Sparkle. however, we are going to have to reject your application because of your cutiemark.

Your cutiemark is clearly a crashed airplane that is on fire. i have shown it to several people here at the office, and all of them rejected your interpretation of it as a “flaming pile of broken dishes” or “a weird duck smoking a cigarette”. all surveyed correctly identified it as a crashed plane on fire.

it goes without saying that those with an affinity and/or destiny for crashing plane(s) are not fit to be pilots for this airline. i must urge you to peruse a different career. given your cutiemark, i find your impressive list of qualifications and relevant experience disturbing.
