another catch-up again, but I actually drew this gal on the day! Just didn't post her in time.

I made a new friend through freelance work and we're teaching each other our skills!

He's showing me animation using Blender and I'm going to show him how to use Illustrator via vector artwork.

I drew a simpler version of this cool goth type girl for the tutorial and I decided to draw her again for the daily doodles!

I was actually digitally inking it tonight but accidentally lost all my progress 😩😩😩 I'll start over this weekend, because my hand isn't used to drawing on a tablet.

FINALLY! A POSE GONE RIGHT!

I've been working on relearning all the drawing skills I lost and one of the most difficult things for me has been dynamic poses.

This is my OC Ciera and I thought I would try out this pose with her as she's the easiest to draw.

It's not perfect, but it's loads better than my other attempts! I'm going to ink and color her in!

Trying to catch back up with this, especially since I start work this Friday! The week has been hectic with all the prep I've had to do and I still have more to complete! 🥲

Anyway, here's a cute waitress I drew while I listened to plane crash stories. I quite like Green Dot Aviation and Mentour Pilot. They don't dramatize the stories to the point where they're emotionally difficult to listen to.

These were my initial doodles of some of the characters for my story. This is how I usually start, so I can get an idea of how I want them to look. Some of them change in future artwork.

Gabriella (Denise) is the protagonist, Amaya is one of her friends, Cyrus is the demon/nephilim and Sasha, who has not been introduced yet is a minor antagonist.

Denise's name was changed to Gabriella, because the name Denise is connected to Diyonisus, a greek 'god' (more than likely one of the fallen or their offspring).

Her name is Primrose and I decided to draw her as realistically as I could. Loved drawing her fur! So fluffy and curly!

i know we all love our perfectly evil Ghost Investigation Ward, but i was rewatching the second Men in Black movie with my dad a while ago and I couldn’t help but feel like an AU in which the Guys in White’s motivations and morality more closely resembled their namesake could be really interesting … i’d love to see a fic in which danny works alongside the ghost police/border patrol/detective squad instead of being kidnapped and tortured by them

Anyone defending Rachael Zegler from anything other than racism is weird.

She and her comments are partly to blame for that crap pot of a movie bombing. Unfortunately for her, people don't forget. Who wants to see a movie with a lead that despises the inspiration story?? Foolishness!

The movie could have been decent (maybe) if she kept her mouth shut and they didn't toss up the whole plot and use AI.

These were the ideas I sketched for my final assignment. I decided on another minimalist cover with bright colours. I went for that half-and-half theme. The character sees herself and her alter ego as two separate things, as she didn't choose this for herself.

I played around with shackles and playing card themes as well, seeing as she's being toyed with by demons. She feels trapped despite seemingly having more freedom behind this dark face.

The clownish idea came from the Youtuber Understanding Conspiracy and his popular theory of 'The Nephilim Look Like Clowns'.

I borrowed the idea of the clown nephilim in their bright colours and mesmerising patterns and combined it with a character called a Jab Jab from my country's culture.
