The subconscious mind is submissive to you, it must take your orders because you are it’s authority. So let’s get rid of the idea that we are trying, even if it feels like you’re trying. Know that everything you tell it is a command/ order it needs to conform too. It has no choice but to be obedient. Yes the subconscious is extremely powerful but only because you make it so. It all comes back to you!

Submissive means “ready to conform to the authority or will of others”

Mental pain brings knowledge, understanding, energy and uplift.

Sometimes I meditate well, and sometimes I don't. In general, I have had more impressive experiences meditating when I'm in pain, suffering, or fear than when I'm just peaceful and comfortable.

In my experience, meditation makes mental suffering such as trauma worse. It is a pain that feels like picking and tearing a wound. No matter how much I wanted to run away, I couldn't. There were also cases where pain, fear, anxiety, etc. suddenly occurred like a seizure during daily life. I tried a lot to escape from them, but eventually I realized it was no use and gave up. I turn to myself when pain arises. And every time that happens, these pains get stronger and bigger and continue like an endless abyss, but at some point they disappear.

I suddenly gain some knowledge, some understanding from these sufferings. And when I apply this knowledge to myself and reinterpret situations and reality, that is, when I change my perspective, it evokes in me a feeling of comfort and a sense of a constant flowing current. I am buzzing and vibrating.

It certainly doesn't feel very good, but something definitely feels better.

I would like to encourage you to apply these when you encounter the inevitable problems in life. There is no point in doing something. You just have to endure it. Change happens when you stop resisting and just let the pain be and focus on who you are.

And if you want to experience some progress in your meditation, I encourage you to look for your mental pain, fears and anxieties. When you face them, they come to mind. However, when you ignore them and focus on your being, they break down into energy and integrate into you. It's physical vitality and feeling and feeling better. It gives you strength and energy, like putting together a piece of dictation.

The Nature of Reality: Exploring Consciousness, Perception, and Individual Worlds

Bashar has already addressed this question, explaining that everything we encounter is an intricate pattern of another being. In essence, we interact with patterns that are replicas of these beings. Since each individual exists within their own unique reality, creating their experiences by referencing others, even encounters with the same entity can lead to completely different stories, nuances, and actual events. This phenomenon is particularly evident in higher-density interactions, such as contacts with extraterrestrial beings. For instance, two people might be in the same place at the same time, yet report entirely different contact experiences.

My understanding of this concept is as follows: other consciousnesses exist, each experiencing their own worlds. Our Higher Self references these other worlds precisely according to our pre-incarnational intentions, thus creating our individual realities. These referencing processes are mutual; however, each person's reality is unique, resulting in similarities that are infinitely varied. For example, the world experienced by the person next to you might be set years in the past or future, or that person might not even exist in your reality.

This concept can be directly understood and applied through Neville Goddard's method of revision. For instance, you can alter someone's age, redefine your relationship with them, or change your shared history. This serves as compelling evidence that we are not sharing a common reality but rather referencing our own individual worlds in similar ways.

Moreover, when asked about the conspiracies currently unfolding on Earth, Bashar responded, "I'm not seeing what you're seeing. That doesn't happen in my world." This suggests that while Bashar's Earth may resemble our own in history and current events, it is, from the perspective of his people (the Essassani), a different world altogether.

Things I do throughout the day to manifest my shift:

Morning: as soon as I wake up I remind myself I’m in my dr, I tell myself I have already shifted and I mentally prepare for the day in my dr, make plans and keep mental note of my tasks (all in imagination of course)

During the day: just do my normal stuff, occasionally I’d affirm during the day that I’ve already shifted and during that time I’d imagine what I would be doing now in my dr. Of course in my imagination I’m already there and I’m doing what I planned for the day, nothing too extraordinary. Sometimes I’d do my own tasks here in cr and pretend I’m doing them in my dr for example cooking.

Night: again affirm that I’ve already shifted and then go to bed visualizing my room and bed, my pajamas, my bedsheets, I try to immerse myself into that feeling of being there, kinda like SATS but I don’t loop a scene, I just try and be there.

Notes: this is not a method, this is a mindset and a set of actions that for me personally bring me closer to my dr, since I used to spend so much time and energy into methods and techniques, that now I just don't sweat and do what I'm comfortable with. And of course what works for me might not work for you, keep that in mind and follow your own intuition.

effects of non-directed meditation from the perspective of biology and neuroscience.

Let me explain the effects of non-directed meditation from the perspective of biology and neuroscience.

When we recite a mantra, the sound comes back into our ears. At first, we just recite the mantra and listen to it. Our brain has a mechanism that automatically ignores repetitive and identical stimuli. This mechanism is called the Ganzfield effect in more technical terms. In this way, if we keep repeating the mantra, our brain will ignore the sound. The more we pay attention, the more effective the sensory ignorance due to the Ganzfield effect becomes. Then, we are reciting the mantra, but we actually hear nothing. The auditory signal continues to be transmitted to the brain, but the brain no longer integrates the auditory signal into the experience.

This causes a kind of mental dissociation. This dissociation causes the external physical sensations to no longer be integrated into the subjective experience, and results in a very deep immersion in our internal mental activity. When the external stimulus disappears, the brain continues to generate alternative sensations internally. For example, imaginary images, touches, sounds, etc. It can be simply a mental sensation of a certain part of the body, or a vivid image can come to mind.

These internal imaginary sensations or imaginations are a kind of mental interpolation effect to fill in the absence of external sensory input. For example, our eyes have a structural blind spot, so we cannot see that location. However, our brain continuously corrects the information about that location and makes us perceive it as if there is no problem. However, the mental interpolation effect that occurs in the absence of external senses is weak. Only memories, emotions, and thoughts generated from internal mental activity remain, and if we continue to pay attention to these, integrate them into our experience, and do not generate new stimuli again, the stimulus-response feedback loop is broken and gradually decreases.

At first, you may think that you are fully awake, just with your eyes closed and deeply absorbed in other thoughts. However, if you look closely, you can see that the virtual things created mentally are increasing more than the external physical sensations. At this time, if you continue to maintain this state of dissociation, thoughts, various thoughts, and virtual sensations will gradually begin to decrease. Then, at some point, you will only continue to be awake. And when you reach this state, the phenomenon of mental immersion begins to occur. And as the various noises occurring in the brain begin to decrease significantly, even small pleasures will be greatly experienced. If we compare the various emotions that humans experience to sounds, what we experience in daily life is like hearing it in a noisy place. And what we experience during meditation is like hearing this sound in a very quiet place. Even the same emotions or sensations will be experienced more strongly and clearly.

And if you continue to meditate further, both the external and internal objects that are recognized will decrease greatly and disappear, and you will not be able to recognize anything. For example, both the uncomfortable and pleasant sensations experienced at the beginning of meditation will disappear. This can be seen as a kind of closed loop state in which external sensory input from the brain is blocked, and internal mental impressions also decrease. Our experience is immersed in subjective experience, and that subjective experience has decreased and disappeared.

Please be persistent no matter what

Never, I repeat, never allow yourself to give up your desires because of external circumstances. They are only your old thoughts and state. This is an illusion that has no power. If it makes it easier for you, consider it something that leads you to your desires. Return in imagination. And the external will definitely show what you want, despite any circumstances that seem to you "doomsday" All is well. Relax. You are the power.

just do whatever the fuck you want with your reality. it’s yours for a reason.

realities are infinite, every kind of possibility exists out there, a reality where some of you aren’t fucking stupid maybe (for my followers: i love you, this isn’t about you).

you want flowers to grow when you walk? do it, it’s kind of fun tbh.

you want to have a morally grey person as your s/o? go for it, they’re sexy ngl.

you want to race change? for hells sake realities are infinite, this means that you’re any ethnicity in other realities. if you do it out of fetisiciqsion (i don’t fucking know how to spell it) you’re a weirdo, but if you do it just to understand other cultures that’s super fine. i feel like it’s even more racist to think that you cannot go there because you are from somewhere else for fucks sake, every reality is the same, people can shift to be aliens but they cannot shift to be south american or sum?? that makes no fucking sense to me, coming from someone who shifted for a lot and lived several years in other realities and built myself some fucking rational thinking.

you can block me anytime, i’d be glad if i don’t see your dumb being here. so don’t go to my asks or dms to insult me, i’m just gonna go to bed with your dad.

The Power and Pitfalls of Sustained Affirmations

I have not shifted yet, but I wanted to share an experience that may be useful to you.

In my experience, there is a momentum that builds up when you continuously sustain affirmations or assumptions. The more you repeat and persist, the stronger it becomes. For example, I once repeated the affirmation, "I am a god," for several weeks. I repeated this almost all day long. For the first few days, nothing happened. I only experienced some physical tension and discomfort, likely from the constant repetition.

However, after about a week, I started to feel intense vibrations and energy. It felt like a buzzing noise, and I began to feel a sensation of electrical currents flowing in my abdomen. I continued to persist with the affirmation. Then, after 2-3 weeks, I started experiencing extreme energy pressure along with severe fear, anxiety, and dread. I tried to counter these symptoms by repeating the affirmation even more vigorously, but this only made things worse.

Since experiencing this unexpectedly powerful effect, I have encountered these symptoms repeatedly over the past 10 years. Whenever I repeated an affirmation for more than a few days, I would experience these symptoms again. This significantly disrupted my daily life. I had to attend school and go to work. I couldn’t find a way to resolve this, so I kept having to stop and start over.

In my experience, affirmations done for about 10-20 minutes a day didn’t significantly affect my daily life. They just made me feel a bit better or sparked some pleasant imaginations. When trying out a new affirmation, I often experienced anxious or fearful thoughts, or felt positive emotions, thoughts, and feelings, but these gradually faded away after a few weeks of repetition until nothing came to mind.

The truly powerful effects only started to emerge when I repeated and sustained the affirmation all day long for at least two weeks.
