Profiction: one who believes other shouldnt be harassed over what fiction they consume.

Comshipper: one who ships complex ships.

Comship: non-pedophilic age gaps, interspecies, complex relationships that arent inherently abusive.

Darkshipper: one who ships dark ships.

Darkship: abusive relationships, pedophilic age-gaps, insect.

lolicon: one who is attracted to a young fictional girl.

shotacon: one who is attracted to a young fictional boy

we all on the same page? ok. also sybau if your not studying psychology and your trying to make it seem like being a proshipper is harmful to ones mind.

actually, it can be used as a coping mechanism for victims, why? because it can help them **cope** with what happened to them, by projecting on their favorite characters, it can help them think that whatever happened to them, their favorite fictional character has endured it too. essentially comforting them.

also, if fiction does affect reality, would consuming gay media as a straight person make you gay? nope! does playing limbus company make you a train that eats people? does playing genshin make you mavuika?

yk how rape and sex trafficking victims often relate to characters like aventurine? by your logic, they cant anymore because it "harms them".

do you also know how groom victims relate to topaz because she was groomed by jade? they cant anymore because it "harms them".

another example, you now cant relate to ei (who is implied to have NPD) because you'll turn to a god that "abuses" her citizens?

If people would understand that fictional characters are not real and can’t consent and are simply objects for us to play with, things would be so much better for everyone.

"nobody will like you if you talk about proshipping/problematic stuff IRL" I once had a very loud conversation about proshipping with an IRL friend in a very public place and nobody gave a shit.

However on the internet, people I once called my friends tried to doxx me, accused me of being a pedophile, etcetc
