#SaveROTTMNT Week 3

Wednesday: Talk about your experience when you first started watching rottmnt. Why did you start watching? When did you discover it? What stood out to you when you started that made it clear Rise is a great show?

Thursday: Many people don’t know that rottmnt merch existed and the merch that did exist was difficult to find thanks to a certain company. Design the rise merch you’d most like to see!!

Friday: Fanart/Fanfic day. Write fics, draw, and post, tagging the accounts and using the hashtags

Saturday: if (when) rise of the tmnt comes back, what type of episodes would you like to see? Discuss possible future episodes or team-ups!

Sunday: at 5pm est we’re trying to get #continuerottmnt trending. Try to avoid using that tag in the meantime so we get the spike of activity we need!! On Sunday tag the accounts, use the tag, talk about your love for rise, how it deserves better, etc.

Hi, I'm Alessandra, and I've been following you for a few months and as soon as I read your description I was amazed by the fact that you know Japanese (I'm a fan of JAPAN) and I also love comics a lot so I follow your "works" regarding the TMNT. I love that you put passion into what you do in your spare time. I LOVE and RESPECT YOU for this.Your drawings and stories are wonderful, full of feeling, adventure, action, etc. And I love the way you expressed and conveyed them by drawing and writing.

Aawww thank you so much! I’m so happy that you enjoy my work! It means a lot to hear things like this. I’m having a lot of fun making them, but it’s nice to know that others are enjoying them as well!

Also, yes! I lived in Japan for roughly 6 years, so I’m pretty knowledgeable about the language/culture!

Okay y’all, I think a good way to show the care the fanbase has to this iteration is with recommendations of fanfics from this amazing show, so imma post them here in case y’all want something to read after the ending. They’re all under the cut, so let’s go.

Rise fans, listen up

I’ve been actively posting on twitter with the hashtags #rottmnt #supportrottmnt #saverottmnt and #riseofthetmnt to try and get this show more attention, while tagging Nick’s CEO and Netflix.

In about 20 minutes, the Rise fam will raid Twitter with these hashtags and make them trend again. I wish I could be as active here as I am there, but I can’t handle two social medias at the same time, it’s too overwhelming.

All right. So some of the Rise writers came forwards with information on Rise. 

They planned three seasons of build up for that finale. 

Normally you get 11-12 weeks for one script. They were told to cut 13 and write four finale episodes with 6 weeks on the clock. 

We would have gotten some episodes like:

-Donnie tries to grow a giant pumpkin.

-Ghostbear has a wedding to a new yokai. Raph and Mikey crash it.

-Giant robot dinos that Mikey thinks are cute appear (”boopable snoots” is used).

-Mikey is left the oldest brother when the other three get turned into toddlers.

-The Foot Clan runs a cupcake store.

-Karai remains as some of the main cast for a GOOD while.
