It's all in the eye movements. Wednesday either makes intense eye contact or fixes her gaze on a point. I think she might do that when she is uncomfortable, or overwhelmed, but that is not my main point.

They have their little banter about Wednesday not being more-than-friend material, keeping eye contact all the way to the second Tyler says he is tougher, than she thinks. Then something shifts, and She moves first. Well, her eyes anyway. For a second she looks down - maybe at his lips. Tyler moves only after this little indication.

She of course deflects with "You are making a mistake". She even blinks at him, which is rare. And right before she says "Definitely" she drags her eyes down to his lips again. Like, yeah, you are definitely making a mistake, and I'm not going to stop you.

She was encouraging his behavior with words and subtle eye movements. I rest my case.

*Tyler Fighting The Villains to Get To Wednesday Who is Tied Up*

He finally gets to her and she's in chains.

Wednesday: Reach in my pocket.

Tyler: What? I've got the key right here!

Wednesday: Reach. In. My. Pocket.

Tyler agrees and reaches in her pocket and pulls out...

Tyler: A lock pick??

Wednesday: Now hand it to me, I've got this!

Tyler: I've literally got the key Wednesday, let's go!

Wednesday: NO I'll break myself out!

Tyler: Are you serious??

Wednesday: Deathly, I hate fairy tale tropes!

Tyler: What??

Wednesday: This is basically Beauty and The Beast Tyler, or a really inaccurate version of Rapunzel.

Tyler: Rapunzel??

Wednesday: It's the braids, now hush I've almost got the lock!

Tyler: This is ridiculous

Wednesday: Look Tyler, If I'm going to be any Disney princess it's gonna be Mulan or Merida, speaking of, Have you seen my bow and arrow?

I'm not sure but I just realized...maybe...

-Since Wednesday’s visions were based off of her personality spectrum, she still had a little doubt about Tyler, (we all know she’s a skeptical person) but not in a way that she’s suspicious he’s a bad person (or maybe our girl really was doubting hard that's why she saw it idk) That’s why she saw it in her vision, but still taken-aback by what she saw. (refers to the kiss at Weathervane, him being the Hyde)

(It’s a wonder why Wednesday didn’t have any bad visions about Tyler on the first episodes, probably because she trusted him, until she had a little suspicion or reassessment about him, since she was thinking of giving their relationship or him a chance to be more than friends.)

hear the lines? when Tyler said about Xavier "pretty nuts, like he always seem so normal for an outcast."

then Wednesday continues with "It has made me reevaluate things." this is just me taking a wild guess but what if Wednesday doesn't really believe that Xavier is the Hyde or the bad guy in this situation, but since all the evidence points to him, she has no other way of proving that it isn't really him.

Then she goes "Like who I can trust." when he asks, evaluate like what things bbygurl?

Maybe Tyler thought that he's off her radar since Xavier is literally in jail, (poor boy, bless his paints) so he assumed that Wednesday is there to discuss being more than friends, or hang out whatever. Then, she steps forward and initiate a kiss. Then voila, moments after, she has a vision that he's the Hyde (killing his therapist specifically, I also wonder why of all he has killed, why did Wednesday see that scene in particular?)

What really kills me though is Tyler's constant bugging Wednesday to be closer to her or in a certain proximity, (since her visions are mostly triggered with touch or when the person or a related thing is near her) maybeee hoping that she'll have a vision that he's indeed the Hyde, and help him before its too late or just to have someone understand his situation. And Wednesday here in this scene is doubting him and maybe hoping that he wasn't the Hyde because she's already attached or have feelings for him, even though it doesn't sit right to her that she presumably captured the wrong guy.
