Chapter 2: The Stigma

Small update this time around! The plan is to do the title page of each chapter in color but the majority in simple monochrome.

The problem with colors is that I obsessively hammer my face against the color wheel until I randomly generate a good color scheme, which probably isn’t the fastest way to go about it. The next update should be bigger with a few pages at least.

Water under the Burrows is the comic sequel to Water under the Bridge, give it a read if you haven’t already!

Meet Kat & Doug, the protagonist of our short film “Here’s the Plan”! They’re a married cat-dog couple of cupcake bakers who love each other very much. They dream of opening their own bakery together. Sadly, one day their oven breaks and they have to postpone their plan in order to earn money and replace it. Somewhere down the line, they drift apart from their dream and from themselves.

Hi guys, Aoi there. I decided to change the publication method for the Episode VIII. We’re going to release the prologue first, page by page, one every 2-4 days; then, when every page will be published, we’ll make the usual post containing the whole prologue. Same goes for the chapter itself. Below every page there’ll be a link to the previous page and a link to the next page (if they exist) so it should be easy to follow the story, even with this kind of release. I’ll also make sure to update the Google Drive folder containing all the episodes with every new page. So… what we have here? It looks like a juicy preview to me… A preview of a story which is still in progress. The second (but not last, maybe) part of “An unplanned party”!

First part can be found here, if you want to catch up while I finish the next one. It’ll take a bit of time, but I’m definitely close to the end.
