Hi, I see you don't have many Ukyo. How would you headcannon him being touched starved. Personally, I think he always touches him partner in small ways due to him being away in the Navy he melts at any touch! After thousands of years of being separated I think he would take a good long time just hold them so tight yet so gentle and tender 🥹

Touchstarved Headcanons: Ukyo Saionji

General:

Being in the military, he's not really around people he gets much physical intimacy with

He's also a pretty private person, so he doesn't love touching strangers

After petrification though, he's surrounded by others who, like him, miss getting to have contact with other humans

Is the willing recipient of arms thrown around his shoulder and plenty of shoulder pats and handshakes, even if it made him a little uncomfortable in the past

When he joins the kingdom of science, he's always more than happy to be hugged by his new friends

Will occasionally hold onto someone for longer than necessary

Not enough to be concerning, but enough for him to remember what it's like to have contact with another person just in case he loses it again

With His Partner:

Will literally melt into an Ukyo shaped puddle in your hands

Hold his face please

He loves it

Loves having his hair played with by you

Will hold your hand and run his fingers over your palm when he's anxious

The feeling of your skin on his is calming, both pre and post petrification

If you were together pre-petrification, he's more than likely come home from long deployments aching to be in your arms

Will often lean on you when sitting next to each other

Sleeps with you at night with hands up your shirt (not in a NSFW way necessarily he just wants to touch you all the time)

You may wake up in the morning with his whole body on top of you

Likes to lay his head on your chest (if lying down) or in your lap

A big sucker for back rubs and scratches

The temptation I feel to throw just a full profile of, like, four different ocs that could fit in nearly any universe at all of you just for the hell of it is real right now

Has anyone else noticed that (at least in the anime, I cannot currently speak for the manga) Senku, in all the flashbacks to the day of petrification, he has a rounder, younger face compared to how he's drawn in the "present" stone-world time?

tldr: Senku lost his entire childhood, which is why he (and the others revived) look older than they physically are and that makes me really sad

(and yes, I could make a post filled with screenshots to prove my point i'm an academic and a writer this is literally my thing.)

Writing for everyone has brightened my days a lot recently, I'm really happy everyone has been enjoying them so much and been so kind to me.

A personal headcannon of mine is that everyone who was petrified the 3700 years are all on varying degrees of touch starved, some might be more clingy or used more subtle touches around people. Especially for significant others, family and friends, now take that and applied it to the main who now is sperate from their s/o who by themself again but having the whole weight in getting the revial fluids or else. 😬

I imagine the like Suika they began to imagine their friends/family and their s/o encouraged them to continue that they'll be there supporting them, when ever they feel down. Heck, even just spending some time hugging the status or even rambling on how their day was to try to maintain some sort of sanity 🙃

And Hyoga's partner is just

Hyoga hears his name yelled across the ship and can't run so he just freezes and lets it happen.
