Okay, I’m Sure A Lot Of You Know About This Already, But If You Don’t Here Is A Summary Of Everything

Okay, I’m sure a lot of you know about this already, but if you don’t here is a summary of everything that has been going on. There is a website out there called Simsdom.com that has been stealing Sims Content Creator’s work and uploading it WITHOUT the creators’ permission on their site. And to make it even worse, you have to go through ad-walls in order to view the cc on there, cc that they have plagued with adds even though it DOESN’T belong to them.

So essentially, the people behind this website are profiting from other people’s content. This is appalling, considering how much time and effort can be spent on Sims content, or content of any kind. And even if the content was quick to make, it’s still wrong because the content doesn’t belong to these scummy people. Not to mention the people behind Simsdom are ALSO committing copyright infringement and VIOLATING a whole bunch of creators’ terms of use.

To make matters even WORSE, Simsdom has been giving creators a hard time when they ask for their content to be removed from their site. They reply with arrogant comments and talk some shit. Look at @frost-rainbowcy‘s post here for example. You can also see more of the matter from @nolan-sims‘s post, found here. Creators should NOT have to ask nicely and beg and say “please” for their content to be removed. It’s the creator’s content. What the creators say goes. Here’s an example of a statement Simsdom has released as a failed attempt to cover themselves (here). This is completely false. I would also like to point out that I sent them a strongly worded message in the form of an ask, but they didn’t respond. But yet they have time to read and post things that cover themselves… interesting. They also posted a number of statements to their Tumblr trying to defend their unjust actions, but the post have since been deleted from their page… also interesting

As Simmers and as a community, we MUST come together and show Simsdom and any other person that stealing other people’s work is NOT okay, and it will definitely not be tolerated. So I encourage anyone who sees this to reblog this post in order to spread the word about this awful site, and to also warn other creators that their content might be on this horrid sight.

More DHD Cupcake Lights Please!

Sometimes I don't understand the creators at EA. Sometimes they make a ceiling light in 3 different heights and sometimes not. Why? Then why the hell did they give us 3 different height walls? So that pendant lights that are too short look ridiculous?

Anyway, I think the cupcake lights are so cute, I had to have them in several heights. Even though I usually just play with the normal wall height, I love playing with the heights and making the lights smaller if necessary, as you can see in the next pictures.

The lights come in every original Swatch, of course, and a few Recolors, though not 100 or so, just a few that suit my taste. There is an extra recolour file for the original lights. As you can see, I have a fable for lilac shades. Feel free to create your own recolours and delete mine if you don't like them.

By the way, on the last picture you can see only my recolours.

Dreamy Outdoor - CC Pack

Mix’n Match Curtain Set vol. 1

Hey you all, today I will bring you a begin of a curtain Set which is going to expand gradually. You might think, 'What set, I see only 2 curtains here?' You’re right but this set contains 10 pieces. They are the basis for everything else.

I could have kept working, but I'm having trouble concentrating. Can't make such big sets anymore. Lose the overview, the concentration and finally the joy and it will never be uploaded. That's how it happens only piece by piece. I hope you understand that. 😏

The curtains comes in 16 different patterns and colours, so they have 32 swatches.The back side looks different then the front side. And I have to warn you, they are a bit high poly (4000 one side) because they needed 2 planes for front and back. I've turned the polygons down as far as they can, without any great loss of quality. Come on... the original has 40000 polys and this without front or back. 😇 You can ‘hang’ the curtains on window without the bb.moveobjects on. But für position the laterally curtain holders and curtain rods, the cheat must be activate and then adjust in high. I don't wanted to apply the rods directly to the curtains because the different versions and swatches. That would have been too much curtains swatches. In addition, it is supposed to be a mix'n match set, so surely other Rods and rails will come to combine.🧐

So it gives a left, middle and a right side for builds a endless rod. ;) The counter shader ensures that it is seamless. There is also a mid-rod holder for the "static". It looks like more realistic. Then it gives a left and a right single rod too, it fits only the rightly side from the curtain because the rings are positioned differently.

Well, now I've talked you enough, now look yourself. 😊

More Desert Luxe Kit Awnings

Hi guys! I love this Desert Luxe Kit Awning. But it is just one piece in 4 units wide. Not every backyard has dimensions that are divisible by 4 and sometimes back yards also have corners, inside and outside. So I made 5 more, 1 unit wide, 2, untis wide, 3 units wide, an inner corner and an outer corner. Btw. I must make the outer corner so huge, otherwise you can't set it on corner wall. My first model was not bigger than the inner side. And I must say, I love it! ❤️ Hope you'll like it too. 😊

Oh and Desert Luxe Kit is required. Sorry!
