In my opinion there are never enough bath rugs in the game. Sometimes the Sims have several bathrooms in the house. It does not always have to be the same mats in it, right? That’s why I brought some again. 🤪

The textures are not cut out of an online catalog, but made by myself, so please don’t steal them. I hope you like them. If it is desired that certain color swatches have a different colored flower, I can still make this. I just did not want to do a hundred swatches, I hope you understand that. ❤️

Guys, do not download on Simsdom, but directly at the creators!

So I was informed that some of my content came up at simsdom. Without even mentioning my name anywhere in that context btw.

I just want to let you know that none of you has to wait for the 120 seconds or so to get the download link. 

Just go to TSR directly as there is no point in getting my stuff from simsdom in the first place. Or browse my CC blog instead where I keep you informed about new stuff as well.

Also, the link provided by @simsdom is a direct download link which skips the description page but not the waiting time at TSR. The item description is there for a reason. There is no benefit from skipping that page.

Luckily they provide an additional link right below the preview picture which redirects you to TSR. Click that. 

It is so insanely tiring! What's wrong with the community? No sooner can you create a bevelled cube than you absolutely have to create a Patreon page. You can't support everything and everyone, nobody has that much money. Investing 1-3 euros once for a set you like is one thing. But with Patreon, you have to become a subscriber and pay regularly. The subscribers then also want to be supplied and rightly so. Of course, something can go wrong in real life and you can no longer devote yourself to this task, or only sporadically. But then you also communicate that to the donors, don't you?

There is such a fuss about alleged leakers. They only have the right to 3 weeks of 'Early Access' anyway, after that it should be freely accessible to everyone according to EA.

But you can also alienate donors with greed, ignorance and aggressiveness. Not to mention the fraud!

Patreon rant.

I wanted to have a little rant about a custom content creator i recently subscribed to on Patreon. This person has a reward setup where the subscriber has to message the creator to receive links to custom content sets. But what happens when this creator dosen't respond to messages: subscribers get fucked out of their money and receive nothing in return.

Even tried to message the creator on multiple platforms, to no avail.

If I ever become too big for my shoes and turn into an asshole like that, please call me out.

Okay, I’m sure a lot of you know about this already, but if you don’t here is a summary of everything that has been going on. There is a website out there called Simsdom.com that has been stealing Sims Content Creator’s work and uploading it WITHOUT the creators’ permission on their site. And to make it even worse, you have to go through ad-walls in order to view the cc on there, cc that they have plagued with adds even though it DOESN’T belong to them.

So essentially, the people behind this website are profiting from other people’s content. This is appalling, considering how much time and effort can be spent on Sims content, or content of any kind. And even if the content was quick to make, it’s still wrong because the content doesn’t belong to these scummy people. Not to mention the people behind Simsdom are ALSO committing copyright infringement and VIOLATING a whole bunch of creators’ terms of use.

To make matters even WORSE, Simsdom has been giving creators a hard time when they ask for their content to be removed from their site. They reply with arrogant comments and talk some shit. Look at @frost-rainbowcy‘s post here for example. You can also see more of the matter from @nolan-sims‘s post, found here. Creators should NOT have to ask nicely and beg and say “please” for their content to be removed. It’s the creator’s content. What the creators say goes. Here’s an example of a statement Simsdom has released as a failed attempt to cover themselves (here). This is completely false. I would also like to point out that I sent them a strongly worded message in the form of an ask, but they didn’t respond. But yet they have time to read and post things that cover themselves… interesting. They also posted a number of statements to their Tumblr trying to defend their unjust actions, but the post have since been deleted from their page… also interesting

As Simmers and as a community, we MUST come together and show Simsdom and any other person that stealing other people’s work is NOT okay, and it will definitely not be tolerated. So I encourage anyone who sees this to reblog this post in order to spread the word about this awful site, and to also warn other creators that their content might be on this horrid sight.

annigo’s OMSP’s 1cm to 10cm

Hello!

Today I bring you the good old OMSP's. Because I often realize how much I miss them in game. You may think that them are unnecessary, because you can move the objects up in height with the moveobjects-cheat ('moo') and because many creators provide their surfaces with a lot of slots. You're right, but still I think it makes sense. How many times do I have a surface or whatever in game that doesn't have the slots I would like. So it's not up to me to edit them in S4S, because it's not my creation. And in height you can adjust the objects in only 10cm steps. Then sometimes there is a gap between the object and the surface. Indeed there are a few OMSP's, for example from Severinka or Kitcat Simporium but only for the classic surfaces and seating but not for every height. So I made 10 small OMSPs covering every centimeter, not Milimeter, that would lead too far. ^^  You can also adjust the height when the 'moo' is active, so you can place almost any decoration for surfaces anywhere. Sometimes you don't need to make a slot invisible if the object is larger and the slot is completely obscured by the surface. But you can make it invisible and visible again through the design tool, if you know exactly where it is. Here just are some examples...

But beware! If you plan to re-paint your walls after decorating with the Slots (OMSP's), make sure that the moveobjects-cheat is disabled, otherwise EVERYTHING will end up in the family inventory. And even with the cheat off, the same thing happens when you place slots with objects on halfwalls. So do not wonder. It's not my fault, it's the game. As can be seen in the last two pictures, everything that is marked in yellow will disappear when papering...

Hi guys, today I bring you a modificated version from the CL 1x1 Desk with the compartment for books. I like this desk for small apartments or tiny starter homes. But I was wondering, why this book-compartment doesn't have the function as bookcase too. My new is now a 2in1-version. I hope, you like it. The EP City Living is required. Designer Clothing Rack + Designer Clothes

The rack has some added shelves, deco slots and swatches and can hold any kind of clothing. The clothes are pushed a bit closer together and added an extra shirt to make it fuller. The clothes will have the functional dresser option, the rack is more of just a display. Both items will show up in the dresser category (Somehow HD’s own modular dressers won’t show up in this category, which is kinda weird?).
