I like to always have at least one nerdy theory that is both visibly, evidently incorrect and also completely impossible to disprove. My last theory was that Rey was Yoda’s daughter. It’s laughably wrong but for a good solid few years there it was also impossible to refute.
I haven’t had a really great Prove Me Wrong theory for a while, but I think I just formulated my new one, which is that Taika Waititi wrote My Immortal.
I’m calling it now, “I bet you did numbers on twitter” will become a new insult on tumblr.com.
a kafka quote that kept me awake at night
growing up being told you’re mature for your age because you are kind and curious by nature and then being left behind constantly and having your needs neglected because of this assumption of maturity and issues within the family and growing up just with this idea that you are beyond the need for nurturing and attention from adults and you don’t need care because in your mind it’s useless and then having this soul crushing guilt and sense of inadequacy when you inevitably crave this seemingly meaningless care that you really truly need
There is no heterosexual explanation for Infinity on High and Folie a deux and it's time to come back to this discussion

Important to me that Hob Gadling is not understood to be a good man. Or at least; hes been a bad man for far longer than he had been a good one. He was cruel, before he was kind, unthinking before considering, violent before he was mild. Greedy, greedy, greedy. A different kind of greedy, but there exists no man who wishes for immortality that is in any way satiable. Hob is a man who wants for simple pleasures, yes. Fighting, eating, sleeping, fucking. But he probably has killed men for want of things, (hes been soldier and reiver and highwayman and bandit before a printer, and certainly before scholar.) He's probably killed men for less. Im sure there is SOME moral code, but he for a very long time, this is not a good man. Stop treating him as such. I hope we see Hob kill people.
