About King Cold
In my headcanon King Cold having temperament of a white moonlight. His temperament is as pure as snow,His temperament is so delicate and gentle that you can squeeze water out of your hands.He is like a white jasmine flower and moonlight.
King Cold have a healthy personality, He is self-loving but not conceited, He personality is mature and complete than most of his family.
King Cold might look a bit Cowardly but the reason he scared about death is because of He is reluctant to give up on the beauty of the world.
King Cold have a strong bond with the rest of his siblings, especially to the second smallest son in the family, Cold brother that bigger that him a bit, Ace/Ice(my own oc).
about my headcanon King Cold eyes color: Magenta but in pink tone and more light and lower saturation.
His eyes is more soft and round compare to his other family member.
King Cold like flower and plant, in their house , he have big greenhouse that have most of the plant that found in the all their planet that their know. He also let all the big size spaceship have an greenhouse on it.
Does Frieza and cooler have daddy issues?
I think no.

Cooler and Frieza relationship is good , when they are kid.
Cooler and Frieza live with their father(of course) and a bit of servant.
Berryblue is the one who take care about them when King Cold is busy with his work.
Cooler and Frieza childhood is not stop at the time they become teenage is stop at the time Frieza become the emperor, in their mind.
When the time Cooler and Frieza is in their childhood time, King Cold don't let them go out to meet other people or let them meet his subordinate except for some of them. That means Cooler and Frieza don't Socialize to someone who near to their age or same to their age.
Would Frieza/Cooler, if he had a TV, watch cartoons?
Frieza is too busy to watch cartoons. Cooler, maybe, He will see if he have interest.
For King Cold, does he like his massive cape flapping in a strong wind?
I never think about it before, I think he don't really care about the thing like this.
What pets would each have?
No pet. Frieza have before but they died and Frieza don't want to have any pet anymore.

no sex(can have a bit hint of that but can't be very straightforward)
Why didn't Frieza revive King Cold and Cooler?
He revive them in my headcannon timeline.
What is the age of each person in the family?
don't have an actual age , Conversion to human age, Frieza is at 14, Cooler is 16, King Cold is some place in middle age.

just want to talk about King Cold father, my oc Glacial. Glacial is hate and jealous about his smallest kid King Cold(Let us just called he Cold for short) but also love him. He is still count as a normal father that love his child before he two of his biggest son is dead, he become more and more crazy after two of his biggest son is dead. Glacial is in the state that Self-loathing but also self-centered, his persona is in an incomplete state even at the time he dead, he is been ignore when he is a child by his father. He self-centered because he is a People with naturally high self-esteem, he Self-loathing because his father neglect him , and Intentionally or unintentionally suppress his self-esteem.

What kind of hobbies does Cooler have?
draw, sing , play musical instrument, training, write poetry, listen to music, collect and made specimens (most of them is from the person he kill), make some music , fight with other and a new hobby is eat Hallucinogenic mushrooms
How would you describe Cold's parenthood journey with Cooler and Frieza?
indescribable, too complex, but it is more near to a positive one , I think.

more headcanon about Frieza: Frieza have insomnia, a very serious one. He think too many about his work and he think he is strong he don't need to sleep. Frieza always refuse to get a good night's sleep even if he needs it. Frieza able to function without sleep, but it will effect his mental state. He can still do his work and stay active without sleep. But he'll become much more irritable and his thinking becomes a little irrational.

more headcanon about Frieza: He care about his Family even Ginyu and Berryblue.(but he never admit it) He will hurt other unconsciously sometime,he have no idea that he's hurting the feelings of others, like he telling Cooler something that he see it like a truth but in Cooler ear it hear like mocking but Frieza don't means it. Something funny is Frieza will be that blunt and honest mostly because he trust Cooler and see him as his family.

Don't care about gender , you can use what pronouns you want tot use, but mostly he use male pronouns because of most of the universe is patriarchal society. virgin, don't know very much about sex, will be shy even you are talking about kisses only. Not a Sadist,He do no torture people for fun, just do it for work or benfit him. tail is very sensitive, sensitive than his other people in race and his family.
Frieza don't hurt, kill, or torture someone for fun, he do it because it will benefit him,He just doing his work. He really hate Saiyan or he feel anxiety about them, but if Beerus didn't called him to blow up Planet Vegeta , he mostly won't do it even he really feel not safe with them because they still have use for him. Frieza always being neurotic about anything about Saiyan. Frieza is very skeptical about Saiyan but no to other. Frieza always want to find some reason about what his doing is logical and rational.
Moral Can't control Frieza but responsibility can.
What's your head Cannon for Frost?
Frost is a very charming and charismatic character, but he can also be very ruthless and scheming. He is good at manipulating people and getting what he wants. Frost is a master of political strategy and persuasion, and is able to use his words to get him out of tricky situations and achieve his goals. He is a refined egoist, addicted to lying and will lie unconsciously. Lack of ego,Self-perception is confused and abnormal. He has killed his ego. He is an empty shell but disguises himself with an amiable and gentle exterior. He don't know who he is, so he always act like someone else.He is a product of his environment. When he deceives others, he also deceives himself. He hope his lied can be true one day, he hope his lied is true. Frost being so convincing in his lies that even he believes they are true, even if it's just subconsciously. This make Frost even more confident and manipulative, and even more dangerous. Frost secretly wanting the lies to be true, and he has some hope of becoming a better or more decent person. He really want to have the ability to love to hate, to Sympathy other, to have emotion. He want to have a close relationship to other even he may hurt(but he can't)(he can have a fake one but not a real one)(may be it will change) (It is funny if you compare this to Frieza fear of forming relationships with others).
Frost is a businessman that control the whole economy of the universe 6.
Frost don't hate Saiyan or being racist to them. He have good relationship with Cabba before Cabba know all his heroic thing is just a Self-directed and self-acted scam.

He will surveillance on other people(all people in Frieza force or have cooperate with him)(of course his family too) pessimistic, will thinking Randomly about what bad thing will happen to him. He will thinking about philosophy sometime. When he's not busy being Emperor, he busy about take care of Cooler.

What does King Cold do in his daily basis as a semi-retired ruler after Frieza was ascended to the empire?
Most of the time He will drawing and made craftwork, sometime he help his son to do some work. He also will made friend and talk with his race artist.
