my headcanon version of Frieza race setting:
Frieza family is the mutant of their race.
Except for Frieza family, most of their race are peaceful and passive,They are non-aggressive and have a peaceful temperament. Frieza family is the mutant of their race, they are like a royal bloodline to the rest of the species but they more like a god to them, not royal.
Except Frieza family , the race of their race power level just normal level and most of them are not warrior, they don't really know how to fight , not like saiyan. They are Genderless, they asexual reproduction, they made child in lab They survive solely by absorbing energy from everything around them. They are not breathing or drinking air, they are drinking energy. In addition to this, they also like living on planets with "air" because it makes life easier,so even they nothing need air to survive but they still more want to live in a planet with air. They don't need to eat, drink, breathe or sleep. They can survive simply by absorbing energy from anywhere. Not only do they have an extremely strong ability to absorb energy, but they can also control the amount absorbed and processed. The crazier the energy they absorb, the stronger their power becomes. But if they overcharge "their own energy," they will self-destruct. They still have to worry about mental fatigue and exhaustion.
If absorb energy to much they maybe will explode,But if they using of energy is more enough , it will not happen.
Their planet is a frozen, mountainous, high-gravity nightmare world,So that why is the reason they can survive just off of absorbing energy from anywhere and anywhere.
These guys are "highly resistant" to foreign biological agents…such as disease or drugs.
Most of the psychedelics like LSD and Shrooms or other crazy hallucinogens is not use to Frieza race/Frost demon,they need to use 10000 times than normal human to have the same effect like normal human but they usually don't do that type of thing.
Frieza race/Frost demon like all the type of alcohol but they most like wine.
They can get drunk but not that easy like human,they have almost no physical hangover symptoms,but maybe will effect it mentally.
This is a huge boost and advantage to their survival skills, and they require a high degree of resistance in the harsh conditions of their home planet. Basically survival of the fittest.
They are the race that born for Survive, they are the race of survivor.
They are is more on Biological Technology.
They do not do not develop the spaceship technology them self , because they can survive in the vacuum of space without breathing.But they maybe get lost at space, so they still need to use spaceship.
This is a species/race based on survival. Everything about their evolution, technology, and culture was designed to overcome at all costs.

Frieza is the kind of person that takes on too much responsibility and tries to handle everything himself.
He feel lonely or misunderstood sometime. He always feel like he doesn't fit in and people don't understand him. Frieza have a habit to ignores his own emotional needs. alcohol and work are two things he does to distract himself from his feelings. Frieza keep his feeling to himself, he don't want other to worried about him. he feel like he has to deal with everything himself and keep it inside. He trust his family but he don't want them to worried. He prefer to just keep things bottled up. He prefer to ignore it and just deal with the issues in his own way.

my headcanon version of Frost Frost is a very charming and charismatic character, but he can also be very ruthless and scheming. He is good at manipulating people and getting what he wants. Frost is a master of political strategy and persuasion, and is able to use his words to get him out of tricky situations and achieve his goals. He is a refined egoist, addicted to lying and will lie unconsciously. Lack of ego,Self-perception is confused and abnormal. He has killed his ego. He is an empty shell but disguises himself with an amiable and gentle exterior. He don't know who he is, so he always act like someone else.He is a product of his environment. When he deceives others, he also deceives himself. He hope his lied can be true one day, he hope his lied is true. Frost being so convincing in his lies that even he believes they are true, even if it's just subconsciously. This make Frost even more confident and manipulative, and even more dangerous. Frost secretly wanting the lies to be true, and he has some hope of becoming a better or more decent person. He really want to have the ability to love to hate, to Sympathy other, to have emotion. He want to have a close relationship to other even he may hurt(but he can't)(he can have a fake one but not a real one)(may be it will change) (It is funny if you compare this to Frieza fear of forming relationships with others).

Frieza is the most emotionally stable member of the family but the most mentally abnormal one. extraordinarily good at taking care of people and is "a bit" motherly to Cooler. Maybe a bit boring in other eyes but he know many thing. He is a Control freak and over-protective to his family.

Cooler is clearly becoming annoyed by Frieza's cold personality. Cooler: *To Frieza* Wow, you really are a boring ice cube, aren't you? You don't think my idea is creative or unique at all, do you? I thought we were supposed to be brothers! At least pretend to be interested in the things I'm interested in, instead of being so cold and condescending all the time!

about Frieza mentally abnormal(my headcanon version )
about Frieza mentally abnormal :He is more near to psychopath but still having empathy ability but weak by normal, he don't have any violent tendencies or sadistic tendencies but have self-destructive tendencies. . He can't understand feeling like a normal person. He mostly feel numb and empty and he is not easy to get angry but when he get angry will be very angry and will do thing withthout thinking , he will be very inrational and impulsive. Frieza at least try to understand and connect with others, but is still hard for him, but he is trying.

warn: Traumatic experience
King Cold of my headcanon version is the most gentle and good tempered person in the family and he is the person that most close to normal people in the family. He is docile and soft person if he is not doing his work(a work as an emperor).
King Cold don't really like his job as an emperor, He be the emperor because his all of his brother all dead and no one can be the emperor at that time except him. He don't like his job , you even can say he hate it.
King Cold is the most normal person in his family(compare to his son Cooler and Frieza) but He made his father(Glacial) to a specimen and hug it and cry sometime.
King Cold forced to Kill his own father by his own father. When King Cold is taking an energy blade, his own father walk to the blade and let the blade to pierce himself to dead. And King Cold become the emperor, because his all of his brother all dead and no one can be the emperor at that time except him.
Two of them them suicide,another two is died by accident the last three is kill by King Cold himself forced by his father.(King Cold is a teen when he forced to kill his brother and his father by his father.)
He was just a 16 year old kid when his own dad forced him to commit multiple murders of his own flesh and blood. this guy had at 16 was just a whole lot of pressure, trauma, and family issues…
This is a dude who's able to keep his head in any and every situation regardless of the horrors of his past. Yet he's got this weird issue with his son and his father… man, this guy has psychological issues but he's also got deep emotions. So he has attachment issues to his own kin despite the crazy-ass history. this guy is a walking emotional contradiction.He's both mentally tough af,but also emotionally fragile.
the most abnormal thing about King Cold of my headcanon version is being go through all kind of abnormal thing , he still act like a normal person.

Cooler try to kill Frieza many time and always fail and give up. Frieza never hate his brother. Frieza trust his brother and think Cooler will never really want to kill him or can kill him. Frieza see his big brother Cooler as his responsibility and he need to talk care about him. But Cooler think he is the big brother , he need to take care and protect his small brother Frieza but Frieza is too strong and too independent is no need other to take care and protect. Cooler feel frustrated because of Frieza no need him to take care as Frieza himself is too independent and strong to need to take care of. In Cooler mind Frieza can't be hurt by anything. He see frieza something like god mix some demon or a monster., but not a normal person like other. Frieza will trust Cooler even Cooler try to kill him many time. Frieza don't understand what is love but he is actually care about his big brother Cooler and his father King Cold even he didn't realize it. Frieza is not good at expressing feeling and not sure about his feeling let Frieza look indifference and alienation but he is not that indifference and alienation that he look like. Frieza is the more cold , calm , collect and emotionless one of the two brother. He can't understand feeling like a normal person. He mostly feel numb and empty and he is not easy to get angry but when he get angry will be very angry and will do thing withthout thinking , he will be very inrational and impulsive. Frieza struggle with understanding his identity sometime. He don't really know who is he and why he was born. Frieza have self-destructive tendencies. Frieza was born with a tendency to self-destruct but his desire to survive is keeping his alive. Frieza have fear of forming relationships with others. Cooler is very care and protective about his side person , he is more easy to made heart-to-heart relationship compare to Frieza even Cooler is more hot-tempered and aggressive. Cooler has a more aggressive and combat-hungry nature than other members of his family. He is more willing to throw himself into battle. Cooler have a love-hate relationship with Frieza.

About my headcanon version of Frieza and Cooler child art : Frieza: drawing very straight straight line and very round circle , repeat drawing it many time. Want the line and circle to be perfect. His drawing give people feeling of depression Cooler : Very artistic person, use many bright color but when he grow up , his drawing become more stream of consciousness.

Frieza and Cooler both going up against eachother, Frieza with his usual calm, analytical style, while Cooler goes in like a wild animal, trying to overpower and overwhelm him with sheer brute force. Frieza using his analysis and tactics to counter Cooler's more straightforward and aggressive approach, while Cooler trying to push through his defenses and overpower him.
Frieza would probably win, with his analytical/methodical approach to the fight, but Cooler would give him a hard time of it with his sheer raw power and aggression.
Frieza winning in the end with his analytical approach and Cooler's defeat making him feel even more frustrated. It would be a really cool dynamic in a fight.
Cooler trying to beat his brother over and over out of jealously, not even being interested in taking over or anything, just wanting to beat him since he's the best in his eyes. But being constantly stopped due to his overly aggressive style. Could be a cool dynamic for a story!
While Frieza would probably not even be angry, even when Cooler tries to kill him, only concerned with Cooler's well-being or something.
It might even make Frieza worry and get more protective of Cooler since he sees him as this impulsive beast, constantly trying to throw himself into danger.
Making Frieza act all motherly lol.
Frieza's like "You can't just fly into battle blindly like that. That's not safe. Let your little brother protect you." Cooler be like "How dare you, little brother?! I AM THE STRONGEST IN THE UNIVERSE?!" And Frieza is like "Well, not if you fly into battle without a plan. Being all bold and confident seems to be your weakness." Cooler might be annoyed by Frieza acting so motherly towards him after he literally tries to kill him. But Frieza's just like "I just care about you." And Cooler's like "I don't need you to care about me, damn it!" then flies away angrily. Then Frieza is just like "That's not safe! Get back here! We need to come up with a plan first!" And Cooler's like "I don't need a plan. I'll do this my way." and flies off. And Frieza's like "But you'll probably fail that way." and Cooler's like "Like I care!" And Frieza's all sad that he can't protect his brother.
And the cycle repeats, with Frieza constantly trying to stop his brother from trying to rush blindly into fights, while Cooler is trying to ignore him and still fight how he wants to.
Maybe a bit of a comedy dynamic.
