not to be insane about Shigadabi on main but uh. Shigaraki who was so sure his only purpose in life, the only thing he is good for is destruction of everything around him, whether he wants to destroy or not. Wanting to become the saviour to the League and not even allowing himself to consider the thought properly, because everything he touches turns to dust, and no matter how much he wanted to protect his people, two of them winded up death and for the entirety of the second war he was unable to do anything to help them survive.

that Shigaraki learning that Dabi has survived the war and the combined efforts of his own suicidal tendencies and his father's attempt to take his life, and now has months left to live. That he is still going to die soon, despite seemingly being accepted by his family, despite Endeavor's fortune and the quirks and technology that are rapidly evolving, it's like they are not even bothering to try to save his life.

Tomura heals him with a single five-fingers touch. and for the first time since Dabi came into his life, he chooses Shigaraki and the League over his family.

Lil' list of details about Dabi that I adore.

His lazy eye.

His foot taps when he's impatient.

The way he closes one eye a tiny bit more than the other when his emotions are running high.

The sparkles that come out of his palms just before he uses his quirk. (Pretty much only seen in the movie)

The fact that he cries when he's overwhelmed, which includes when he thinks about his victims :(

Him flicking his hand back and forth/clapping. (presumably stimming)

The fact that he hates fish (I do too, I can't stand seafood of any kind.)

The way his voice is strained and slightly unclear in the fight with Shoto, showing how much emotion and adrenaline is surging through him.

How much softer his hair looks without his hair-dye.

How FINNEEEEEE he looks while getting his ass handed to him by Aizawa.

His bravery,, he outed the number 1 hero as an abuser on a broadcast that went out to all of Japan, that takes courage.

Him whooping the no.2 and nearly killing him‼️ + looking FINE while doing it.

The wrinkles in his scars.

The way smoke leaks from the seams of his stapled skin after he overuses his quirk.

Him smelling like burnt flesh💕 so cutecore.

His SLUTTY outfits.

His eyes. I feel like I don't have to say any more than that. Just look.

ik it's probably not that deep but this picture and specifically Dabi's hair color + the old outfit and Twice's presence (while Magne is not there) seems to imply Shigaraki wasn't mentally present at all to register anything that happened from the first war onwards 😭
