In Vulcan society the idea of inflicting physical abuse upon one’s child is unheard of. Utterly illogical. So after Spock learns about Kirk's shitty stepfather, he has a crisis trying to comprehend the idea that a parent would hurt a child and also that someone would hurt his husband. From then on anytime Jim makes a joke about his abuse he notices that Spock tenses and gets angry and he's just like "???" and then later in the quiet of their quarters Spock just softly tells him that he'd murder Kirk's stepfather if he ever came across him. Kirk is half freaked-out, half touched at the sentiment.

I think this also goes for any other Vulcans hearing the idea of child abuse, if they were to overhear a conversation between humans being like “Yeah I remember when I broke the screen of my Dad’s new tv and he hit me so hard I think I blacked out haha” “that’s nothing compared to the time I told my mother to her face that I hated her cooking, she brought out the chancla on my ass lol” the Vulcans would just be downright horrified and spread this news back to other Vulcans about how savage some human parents can truly be and soon enough any human who mentions any type of violence in their childhood is receiving the highest level of comfort Vulcans can offer to a stranger: A hand to the shoulder and intense eye contact 😐🖖

Andorian headcanon that they read each other's emotions not just by facial expressions and body language but by their antennas as well. It's an entirely separate way of communicating with each other.

All this to say that Shran constantly finds conversations with Archer both infuriating and exciting because on one hand he's frustrated that he can't understand his pink skin because there's an entire aspect of emotional understanding missing and on the other hand, he's finds that he likes the mystery of it all, each meeting between them is a new game for him to figure out how humans operate and express themselves.

Don't get me wrong, Odo totally loves the cat and mouse game he and Quark have, loves that he and Quark get to play around as Lawful officer and Mischievous Criminal. However, I do think that if he ever ended up in some alternate reality where Quark was a goody-two shoes who listens to Odo's rules and stays out of trouble it would for sure be Odo's personal wet-dream :)

Weird take but I have huge grudge towards the background actors in the diner scene in 15x08, not throughout the entire scene but just at the end when Michael smites Lilith, when it pans around to the rest of the diner none of them look afraid enough, they all just look mildly shocked (except that one girl on the table behind Micheal when he leans over the booth, that girl look traumatized and I appreciate it) and it just takes me out of his whole 'Archangel power thing that Jabel had going on.

Thinking about later in their life Geordi tells Data to continue to find people and make a new best friend and a new partner once Geordi’s dead so Data can continue being happy.

Thinking about Data responding that it’s statistically unlikely he will ever find someone that will be able to live up to Geordi's standards ever again.

Thinking about even later in their life Data telling starfleet that he will de-activate himself when Geordi dies, so starfleet tries to keep Laforge alive for as long as possible with all the best medical treatments they have, but ultimately, they still can’t beat death in the end.

Thinking about Data grieving so hard he has to remove his emotion chip and setting up his permanent de-activation program.

Thinking about Data thinking of Geordi and replaying every memory and recording he's got of Geordi one last time before it's all gone.

Hey so if you even care, once Adam and Michael begin to get intimate with each other (in whatever way you want, physical or soul-sex or otherwise) they go through a period of being MAJORLY horny because Michael had never allowed himself to indulge in human customs the way some of his siblings had, and now that he’s with someone he has a strong standing relationship with built on trust, understanding and just all around love, once they start doing it his celestial sex drive will just flip a switch and kick into overdrive. And Adam was only 19 when he went to hell and joined with Michael (and since I believe he wasn’t the type to loose his virginity at a younger age, which means if he even lost his virginity at all then it would have probably been around 16-ish and since he also doesn’t seem like the player/a lot of flings type that means he only had very limited sexual experiences) So he probably never fully let that “teenage/Young adult sex drive period of time” happen right? But then the same thing happens where he does it with not only someone he trusts and loves a whole bunch but that someone is The archangel Michael then of course his hormones are gonna get set off like a fucking firecracker. They don’t leave their shared house for days, maybe even weeks, for that period of time. Just wrapped in each other’s embrace and warmth with the blankets settled around their forms and sunlight beaming against them.
