You can’t let intrusive thoughts “win” because there isn’t a fight to win. There is no fight. There is no danger to contain. The “fight” is punching yourself in the face and telling yourself that if you don’t do this, you’re going to accidentally act on something that terrifies you to your core. That’s the biggest reason why I hate that phrase so much. Not just because it creates misunderstandings and stigma in the minds of the unaffected, but also because it literally encourages the “O” in “OCD” for the affected. “Haha you gotta fight them! Fight it so much it ruins your life! You wouldn’t want them to win, do you?” Even when people are trying to dunk on how stupid that idea is, they still make jokes like “haha if I let my intrusive thoughts win I would be in jail” and it’s like…no you won’t. If you let your intrusive thoughts “win” nothing would happen because it’s just an unpleasant thought with no power. You let the intrusive thought wash over you, you let it “win” by letting it slither over your open palm, you say “that was weird”, and you continue with life. You don’t put it under a microscope. You don’t clench onto it trying to kill it, you just let it go. And then it’s fine.

Hey guys, I didn't disappear for 6 months, what kinda nonesense is that (I disappeared for more 💕).

Anyway, here's some fan art of my comfort show and my favorite character. I didn't think I'd post it, but I figured since the fandom doesn't have a lot of fan art as it is, it can't hurt. Who knows, maybe I draw the whole team just for funsies.

She was really nice to draw, took my time to have fun with redesigning the suit a bit just cuz. And drawing the electricity was the best part, might make more art of chapa just purely for that.

Sorry I wasn't active at all, I genuinely didn't have the time to do art while I was working. I still love you guys very much💕💕💕

I managed to make this today, just a cute lil animation that's been boiling long enough (i made the animation immediately after remembering this song exists). I speedran it the best that I could, made it in 3 maybe 4 hours and my hand is about to fall off (a moment of silence for my hand please).

Either way, this is KINDA how Wally figured out 'oh, okay...I'm gay for Felix, I'm being very gay right now'. But not all quiet there because I had to adjust it for the song, in future projects I might explore that part in more detail💕💕💕

I got my hands on my tablet for solid 12 hours and took my time to explore how I wanna draw tweek and craig. They look much better than how I drew them last time (since that was pretty much rushed), honestly I was so happy when I was finally done.

Andddd I may have added some of my headcanons as well, as per usual. Character sheets are so fun to draw to me, it anything it's my favorite thing to draw 🤌💕
