I had a design commission for Harter House Meats for their facebook page.  The assets were all provided or edited from their website, but the cover layout was mostly my decision.  Facebook cover photo rules demand only 20 percent of the cover can be text and I'm told that it uses a somewhat crude sector-based tool to verify, which can force your placement a bit, here's a link to what I was directed to use if you are curious.
