Thank you John Oliver for bringing this to my attention.
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again: it’s more important to know and understand fully why something is harmful than it is to drop everything deemed problematic. It’s performative and does nothing. People wonder why nobody has critical thinking skills and this is part of it because no one knows how to simousltansly critique and consume media. You need to use discernment.
anyway here are all my “how did molly figure out he has blood hunter abilities” ideas
the obvious: he’s a sword juggler he had to have cut himself on accident at some point and then accidentally did a blood maledict on a nearby yasha or something
he got into a fight and muscle memory/instincts leftover from lucien took over
at some point he was like “whoever had this body before me had to have gotten all these scars for some reason” and activated his swords out of sheer curiosity
the best option: he was getting one of his tattoos and the artist drew blood and was also going over a painful spot and he freaked out and put Blood Curse of the Eyeless™ on them
so if you're secretly a cop and he's secretly a cop and i'm also secretly a cop, then what's with the grade schooler running around our ankles exposing us?
here lies the boy who loved too much
This past Monday, I am delighted to declare that my Dungeons and Dragons group finished our first campaign this past Monday! This is the first campaign I ever played, and I had a blast all the way through.
In honor of the occasion, here is my deep gnome ranger/rogue Tovyn Turra and both the first and the last character art I drew of him.
Level 3 Swarmkeeper Ranger
Level 8 Swarmkeeper Ranger / Level 3 Inquisitive Rogue
Loved ya, you grumpy little dude
the redraw thing but it’s my favourite scene from detective conan
Loid is truly the man, he sees his wife dropkick a guy into the ceiling for their kid and his only response is “woah”
Spirit Tracks Zelda, whom i and many other love to call Ghostie! Now even more ghostly!
Alt version under the cut:
