fuck i’ve been trying to resist overindulging because it’s getting a little harder to walk to my classes but i stumbled across your account this morning and now i’m sitting in lecture with my pants unbuttoned under my big sweater because i completely overstuffed myself in the dining hall just before. i love that it’s getting harder to resist though, and i wont lie and act like i wasn’t incredibly turned on having to waddle into the classroom today… love love love your encouragement posts <3

Another good recipe

Here’s another alternative instead of the dreaded cake shake for y’all-

This one is nut free

2 cups organic heavy cream

1 frozen banana

2 scoops vanilla protein powder or mass gainers powder

1 avocado (fresh and ripe, not frozen)

3 tbl flax seed

1/2 cup raw honey

Mix and Blend!

Vegan version-

Flax milk (get the brand that has added protein)

Protein powder

Frozen banana

Flax seed

Chia seed

Vanilla extract

Coconut cream

Avocado

Coconut sugar

1-1.5 tbl coconut oil

Blend and enjoy

These are smoothies that have a shit ton of calories. One avocado has like 300 calories. Coconut oil is super high in calories and so is coconut cream. Heavy cream is also high in calories. Almost every ingredient in the smoothie has at least 100 cal so your total for each smoothie is going to be roughly 2 to 3000 cal category. Especially if you use that mass gainers shit. I would be surprised if any of you could even get this down šŸ˜… your belly should be literally throbbing and aching.

Also, I literally don’t condone doing this to yourself. But honestly, this is better than that cake shake shit y’all are doing.

Hi! I was wondering if you have any advice for someone that’s been struggling to gain weight while smoking weed? I’m 160 cm and 40kg šŸ™

I love asks like this. Is your issue with eating enough food? Or are you just not gaining weight, despite how much food you are eating? There are solutions to both of these.

If the issue is just not eating enough food, and you get full quickly, there are a couple ways to address this.

1. The most mild way is to be patient. Just keep eating until you're full (and then some) with every meal you can. It's a matter of stretching your stomach out to increase capacity over time. It'll happen. You just have to be consistent.

2. Incorporate bloating into your week to stretch your stomach and belly skin out. These will increase your capacity dramatically. Soda chugs, large amounts of water, bloating pills, coke/mentos etc...

3. My least favorite way is intox stuffing. Drink beers with your meals. Your natural inhibitions subside, and your body doesn't recognize that it's full as quickly. Im just not a big fan of alcohol and am mostly sober myself.

4. Appetite stimulants! You can buy these at your local supplement store or even online. They stimulate the production of grelin (the hunger hormone) which makes you very very hungry and inhibits the hormone, leptin.

Feel free to mix and match some of these. I think you'll be able to eat much more in no time.

Now, if the issue is you're just not gaining weight...

1. Liquid calories are your friend. Mass gainer shakes come in so handy. There are a few that are +2k calories a serving. Mix them with whole milk, or blend them with ice cream, and you'll have an easy extra 2500-3000 calories.

2. Add fats from nuts in as snacks throughout the day! A bag of nuts is like 1000 calories!

3. If you don't have food in your hand, go get something. You should be eating non-stop, and be constantly full.

4. Never go to sleep hungry. Before you go to bed at night, make sure that you have something to eat. Ideally, by the time you lay down, you should *feel* the stretchmarks developing. Your belly should be taught, like a drum, and you should be ready to split at the seams.

I'm starting a fund to do a big push for @chunkubis-xxx. We both want her to do some really hard stuffing and gain a lot of weight really quickly. None of your old clothes fit, your once prominent hip bones have all but disappeared, and that oh so defined clavicle has been swallowed up by your fleshy mounds of breast tissue and fat. Your arms are big and soft, and your thighs rub and have cellulite.Ā  Your belly hangs over your waistband and sits high and full between your ever growing breasts. You no longer fit the mold of Society’s standard. You have to custom order clothes, bras never fit, and you continue to spill out of everything you wear. You did this.

The stares you got from people outside as your shirts rode up made you smirk. The way your soft parts bounced and wobbled made you blush... It turned you on when you were so full that your newfound belly was taught with food. You did this.

Ā Ā Ā  I only encouraged you. I touched your body, I made you feel good. I called you my ā€œPretty Princessā€ and pet names that made you feel loved. I bought you clothes when yours no longer fit. I cooked more food when you ran out. I found new recipes for you to enjoy. I bought your favorite snacks in bulk. You want it? I’ll get it for you. You’re hungry? Here’s my ice cream. Let me get you a spoon. Oh, you want to try that? I’ll have it delivered! ā€œI love youā€ I said. ā€œYou’re soft.ā€ And ā€œYou give the best hugs.ā€ Every night, you would fall asleep with me holding your full belly. Every time you got a bellyache, I was there to rub and massage you. I didn’t make you fat. You did.

Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  I sat and watched as you ate. I watched you get soft and round. I adored the way your hips got wide, your bosom grew, and your belly swelled. I thought it was cute, the way you seemed to nestle into your body as it enveloped you. You looked happy. Content. I wanted to support you. But *I* didn’t make you fat. *I* didn’t force you to eat. I merely handed you the fork.
