Apologies for taking so long to post! I didn't expect for the original post to be so well received so I didn't have much planned. Now that I have a better idea of the story I can get to work with a much clear head!

Design breakdown:

I kept the shapes and dimensions pretty similar to the Quimera Falin design except for the deference between the front and the back legs because I wanted for the separation between the dragon and the chicken part to be more striking.

The biggest changes are color-wise. Quimera Falin has red scales and white feathers, the white symbolizing Falin's purity while the red symbolizing the corruption of her soul, kind of like a wedding dress soked in blood: Something clean and pure stained by great tragedy.

Baldur is NOT pure and Freya is far more expirenced in magic that Marcille was, that is why I went for a design with a more balanced color pallete. It is far more Rooster inspired since it has far more impressive colors AND can fit with the overall color schemes shared by the Valkyries (for lore reasons of course)

I have some parts of the story planned out and will definitely post more about this storyline!

Sorry for being so dead, exams have me on a chokehold. Once this is all over by the end of March, both my art and fanfiction (chapter 2 of "Loathing" and other fics I have in the works) will return to normality.

On the topic of fanfiction, due to the recent non-consensual AI scraping on ao3 (and other fanfiction platforms), I've been forced to private both "Loathing" and "Giddy, they said" to only registered users until further notice.

I don't wish to do this because I want my works to be available for all to see but this is better than letting them be scraped for AI shit. I am sure ao3 and other fanfiction platforms are working yo solve this issue.

Been super dead cause A. Exams B. Exams and C. I read the entirety of Jojolion and just started the Jojolands and I tell you this as someone who dislikes most of Joshu as a character:

I am so sad that Joshu was not the owner of the diamond, I know it was a joke theory but still. It would have been so funny. Like imagine if we saw fucking JOSHU HIGASHIKATA as a functioning grown adult, extra points if he had some off screen character development. Hilarious.

Was watching Smiling Friends yesterday and thought of this too, I'm so glad someone edited it.
