Love ur pfp. The last Unicorn is one of my favourite movies. It’s a classic!

Thank you! The Last Unicorn changed my brain chemistry, it's clear to me that everyone involved in the project really loved it. I just wish it was more popular in my country.

On a side note I'm currently reading the book, and the thing of reading a book that inspired a movie you really like is that while you're happy consuming the movie's source material you're also sad by how much was cut.

(Small spoiler ahead!) For example, the book made it clear that the unicorn had not spoken in a long time before she asks herself if she really is the last unicorn, in fact it had been so long that she scares herself with her own voice. Just look at this context that we never saw in the movie. The event was so impactful to her that made she speak for the first time in centuries.

I got some isopods at a reptile convention yesterday 💕 they’re spiky pineapples (Cristarmadillidium muricatum) and they’re very cute. Like yes rolly poly you are soooo intimidating with your tiny little spikes. I definitely will not eat you because I feel so threatened.
