everytime i think abt it, i genuinely don't know if anything could ever top cass' first suit. it is such a peak design..... the simplicity of it just cannot be matched,,,,. it's so well designed i don't think anything will ever do a batgirl suit like it did....

thinking about how Bart probably doesn't see the point in texting or phone calls if he can just run over and have a conversation in person, so all his text threads are probably just messages to him without a single response

Reading Batgirl (The Cassandra Cain Run) is so weird bc it's such a good series but the early 2000s were not kind to the mainline Batman stories, so I'll be reading it and just vibing and then they mention a tie in to the main continuity of Batman, and I'm like noooo!!! I don't want to be reminded when this was written!!!!

Does it ever depress you to think about how Stephanie's entire life has been a quest to prove to everyone else and to herself that she's more than her own shitty circumstances and the conclusion we were apparently intended to take away from it was no, no she isn't. She can work a thousand times harder than everyone else and she can do everything right but as far as the narrative is concerned she will still never be anything more than the daughter of a failed bank robber.
