In honour of Talia being written terribly in the new web comic here's the comic everyone who writes Talia should be forced to read before doing anything

The Batman Chronicles (1995) Issue 8

This comic shows the inner monologue of Talia when she's given a mission to kill Bruce

This comic is so overlooked despite being one of the most important comics for her character. It also goes into depth with her relationship with Ra's and his possessive nature over her. Back when this was released Talia's character was about wanting freedom away from Ra's and being torn between this need for freedom and her loyalty towards him, this aspect of Talia's character is often ignored in favour of using her a villain.

What you'll find if you do go back and compare Talia's original character to how she is written now in both cannon comics but also fan interpretations is that very little of her original character remains. For this reason I will always recommend anyone wanting to write about Talia or just get into her character start at this comic as it gives a really inadept show of how her mind works.

REVENGE AU!

SO for some context, Atreus is all grown up. Kratos and Asgard are both no more because of Freya's revenge.(I know how impossible Kratos dying sounds BUT BEAR WITH ME) Because of this Loki and Heimdall both have the same goal - murdering Freya.

The main inspiration for this is the idea "What if Atreus fallowed the same path as Kratos?"

Viv could've done as much with Heaven, having it mirror with Hell

Like seriously...the Seraphim and angels exist in the show, so why not make Heaven be an almost similar format to Hell with the seven holy virtues?

The opposite of pride/vanity is humility

The opposite of lust is chastity

The opposite of wrath is patience

The opposite of gluttony is tempurance

The opposite of sloth is diligence

The opposite of greed is charity

The opposite of envy is kindness

Heaven would be about concord, dealing with the harmony and union of others in peace, while Hell would be about discord, dealing with the opposition and division of others mainly in violence
